During psychic reading day, the price is fairly low, so it's not a great loss. However, the scheduled readings are fairly pricey. I didn't find them worth the money at all. I will for sure visit in the future when there is a workshop or other event I'm interested in, but I would never go for a reading again.

Another words, if you will follow some smart recommendations from your favorite YouTuber for exercises that work for you; and the YouTube nutrition specialist you like; you can just buy small packages of RLT from D-Fine every 2-3 months (try to schedule sessions couple of times a week after the purchase) in addition to what you are already doing on your own.
