We used our bread to get every bit of the sauce. I had the fresh tagliatelle with morels and liver pate sauce, while my sister had the roast suckling pig entree and my niece had the fresh black cod with beurre blanc sauce (which allowed us to use the bread to soak up the sauce) We finished with surprise dessert from the kitchen, as we had noted in our reservation that we were celebrating birthdays. Their bolognese sauce needs a lot of help. But it all comes down to the quality of ingredients, and these were lacking. Why, because that's what they elect to sell, and there's a crowd for that because of their price point. Does Rosseta deserve to be 4X's more expensive ? Probably not; but their Italian food they serve is certainly better(and they're) full too. Will I be back? Maybe, there are things on their menu I want to try, but I will go in with my expectations lowered
