The wait time was a bit longer than expected, but fortunately the wait was well worth it. We also got here in good time, as this place got busy shortly after they took our order. The shrimp plate was delicious, and the pizza was great. Seeing as we were pretty famished, I ate most of the pizza in that sitting. I had two cups of caffe americano afterward to ward off the itis. The place may be small, and the wait may be a little longer, but the food was decent and worth it. The staff is decent, and the place is kept clean and run well.

I've done quite a few Michelin or James Beard restaurants, and I must say the service was far from what it should be. They seemed annoyed and dismissive. The table next to us was talking how they had altitude sickness and took their water bottles out to take a sip. The staff rushed over and took the water away! Told them they could have it back after their meal. I've never seen or heard of such a thing. Wine list was subpar and was hoping to have more wines from vineyards in Mexico. We each got different dishes and didn't try each others. (As I'm plant based) We all three were terribly sick the same night on our second to last day of the trip. Yes, the restaurant is beautiful but I definitely think there's far better Michelin restaurants and Michelin mention restaurants in the area.
