I have walked by this spot a bunch of times and just never stopped in, but Im so glad I decided to because I had a great experience. Sandy was the staff member who assisted me, and she was super informative and helpful. She explained that everything (except the wine) was small batch and made specifically for Spirits and Spice. I was most interested in the alcohol, and they have soo many different unique flavors/types. You can try them, too, which was very helpful in making decisions. Their wall of liqueur was impressive. I tried several and eventually settled on a Butter Praline (a milky liqueur) and an agave based one called Sundrop (flavors of citrus and green apple) that was very refreshing. I am very excited to have the Praline one in my coffee, and the Sundrop will be delicious on its own or with a seltzer. I look forward to coming back! While the spirits were delicious, the customer service is really what stood out. I highly recommend! read more

Came in looking for a gift for my dad and had an amazing experience! Super knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Nearly everything is available to sample so you can try before you buy which definitely sold me. They have some awesome infusions, especially for vodkas and creme based drinks. Overall they have a really nice collection with flavors youre not going to to find most places. Nearly everything I tried can be drank straight - very high quality for true liquor/cocktail people. It's definitely a pricey store and I think a lot of the products are small batch. Not your everyday liquor store but great for something special or different. They also sell balsamics and oils! I visited here 11-5-23 on a Very Niice Outside Sunday Morning!! . The event was Welcome Spirits & Spice to the Neighborhood!! Where they had a gelato from Dolcezza Gelato and Coffee and Liqueur pairings featuring D'USSÉ and Coffeè. For MEEE the coffee one paired perfectly!!! it's VERY FINE/Grand /Upscale In here don't Look for Basics of anything it's a real Liqueur STORE not Liquor you put in a plastic bag or dollar tree lunch brown paper bag. The Customer Service from Anthony, Cameron, Cedric ( he looks like he can be in the Van Peebles family I swear lol) like with each one you get a different perspective and experience! All in all top tier!!.. The Tastings were Wow Amazing, ran into Andrew by accident but we definitely enjoyed the S'mores/Tiramisu,& said Sydney should plan something around the plentiful liqueurs. The Olive Oils I tried were sooo fresh and tasted perfect! I got a balsamic type and I don't ever do balsamic but this one was through and through everything and so versatile in use!!.. The Wine was selected by Cameron whom I met at the door this wine definitely tastes like strawberry jolly ranchers I was asked to go buy some more . The Spices I tried were really good you can try before you buy. Needless to say I'll definitely be returning Sunday to grab more stuff . The staff are so knowledge and down to earth! You can tell they put in work to ensure that their store is a welcoming place and they will answer ALL of your questions. They let me taste test some of their vinaigrettes, spices, and liquor. I truly learned and tasted the difference in alcohol from the liquor store versus the drinks offered at this store. My favorite: the rose petal liquor! The store has a nice, chill, but professional vibe. I only gave a 4/5 because I haven't purchased any of their products yet, but that will change soon. read more

Today my daughter and I walked around Dupont and stumbled upon Spirits & Spice. The ambiance was incredibly welcoming and organized. We were immediately greeted by staff and helped around the store. I wanted to purchase ingredients that I would be able to use at home and serve to guest. Anthony, Cedric and Peyton helped explaining everything from oils to liqueur. I was killing time before an appointment and walked by Spirits and Spice. I noticed the peanut butter whiskey in the window. So I decided to go in. I had a great conversation with Cedric about their tequila and tequila in general. I sampled some of their spirits and Cedric mixed a few of them as a cocktail for me to sample. I went back after my appointment. I met Anthony the "alchemist". Anthony educated me on which spirits would be great to pair with steak. He also mixed a few spirits as a cocktail for me to sample. I had such a great experience, I purchased several bottles of spirits, a liqueur and the peach balsamic. Cedric and Anthony were very cool and knowledgeable.
