Best friend and I were strolling down the street on our first day in Baltimore. Saw their sign and thought we'd do it. My gut was telling me she was scamming us from the jump, but I stayed to see what else she'd say. She kept trying to add more and more onto the reading, and wasn't specific at all. Based on the reviews, looks like we had similar "readings." We should've yelped this person, but I guess spontaneity comes at a price sometimes. $50 scammed. Do not trust her. I called today at 12PM and made an appointment for a single person at 6:30PM. I asked about services and was told for a tarot, palm, and general reading it would be $50. She called me back at 5:45, and I called her back when I got off work at 6PM. She asked me if i could come any earlier, and I said no because I was already on my way. She said "okay I will wait for you". I would hope so. I arrive and the door is locked. I knock, and ring the door bell. I see children running around inside. After a minute I was greeted at the door. I was wearing a mask. She asks me how I'm doing and I say "good". She asks me how I'm doing with the whole pandemic, and I reply "much better now". I was hoping since she is a psychic she would pick up on my vibes of me going through my second awakening. She asks me if I'm sick. I say no. She asks me if I'm sure. I reply yes. She said she was questioning me because of my statement about "doing better". Fair enough. I tell her that I'm fine, and that my soul is doing better now. It becomes awkward. I didn't feel welcome at all. No warmth. She keeps asking me if I'm sick. I ask her if she would like me to leave. She said she just wants to be safe because her grandchildren are there. Again I say that I am not sick. She asks me again, and that is when I leave. She apologizes. I understand having to be cautious, but my intuition told me from her phone call that she had no interest in having a client. So why even make the appointment? If you want a tarot reading, please don't expect it from this business. I bought a Groupon for a tarot reading. The "reader," spoke to me for about 10 minutes, all of which she told me how dark my spirit was and I'd need to commit to her (code for make a donation) for her to fix me. She threw the cards on the table in no layout I'd ever seen before and gave me some nonsense about meeting a man next month. This was such a disappointment. We hired Anne and her son for an event at work and I have to say, I was not impressed. They showed up with their young child and ate our food and drank several of our beers. We paid $325 up front for 13 people and 4 people didn't show so we asked if we could use the extra $100 as tip and they agreed that was okay. The "palm reading" lasted less than five minutes each AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES WERE TOLD THE SAME THING. We were told we would go on a trip in a few months, we would see money soon and that we weren't happy with our work life, mind you, she didn't even touch our palms. Some employees were given a "palm reading" and some tarot cards and when we approached them and asked if we could have our cards read on top of the palm reading they got defensive and said we needed to pay extra and I explained that I did not understand why some were given a "palm reading" and some were read tarot cards and told one of our employees she was rude for even asking. Anne then proceeded to say we took her tips away from her (we tipped them $100 to make up for the people who didn't show) which lead to an argument. They then had to be escorted from our office because Anne proceeded to yell at us and cause a scene in our office. $25 a person for a less than five minute reading is completely absurd (she told certain people their reading was done in less time because they were unhappy individuals) and the fact that she all gave us the same reading was unacceptable.
