TLDR: Reservation started 30-40+ minutes late with barely any communication, we ended up missing our dinner reservation, staff hardly responded when we needed hints/help during the game, and multiple puzzles/clues either didn't make sense or seemed broken. What was supposed to be a fun birthday activity for my mom ended up being frustrating from beginning to end. I brought my mom here for her birthday. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of this place. We had a reservation and arrived early like instructed. We were told they were "about 10 minutes behind" because of technical difficulties, but 10 minutes turned into well over 30-40 minutes with almost no updates from staff! We even asked for a refund at one point because we had dinner reservations afterward and didn't want to keep waiting. We were basically told they'd "have to ask the owner another day." Since nothing was guaranteed and I was doubtful due to the lack of professionalism, we just decided to do the room anyway. Because of the delay, we ended up missing our dinner reservation for my mom's birthday. The escape room itself was honestly just as frustrating. We were told we wouldn't need to bend down for clues, but important items were hidden low under furniture. Several puzzles didn't connect well, some clues/items were never even used and certain props seemed broken or weren't working correctly. The biggest issue was how hard it was to get help. We repeatedly raised our hands asking for hints or clarification and would wait several minutes with no response. At one point we genuinely thought something in the room was broken and couldn't get anyone to answer us. There was also a super dark section where we couldn't even read what was on the walls, and again, staff barely responded when we asked for help and use our flashlight. What's disappointing is that I previously had good experiences here, but this visit felt really disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. 7/7/2026 Nothing like an escape room to get the brain working, we booking a 9:20 slot but got in a little early. This was our second one so we had an idea of how it goes slightly we did the bank heists and it truly was a ball, staff helped us out with a few clues and we made it to the end. Everyone was super polite and helpful facilities were colorful and they have cubbies for any items you want to store. Looked for a escape game on line and found d this gem. We were able to walkin and get a room and it was a pleasure. We were immersed into midevil times to escape Merlin. I believe we have only played on otherw game where there were no locks to get into and we really had to think and put the pieces together. And if you get out on time add your picture to the wall. read more

Hilariously fun time. Brought my daughter out to this location for one of her friend's birthday escape room experience. Parking is an issue here since it is in the heart of Towson. There are some garages within a short walking distance. I ended up finding one pretty close by if you are lucky you can get street parking but I wouldn't bet on it. The check in process was easy. All you have to do is fill out a waiver on a table. For anyone under 18 an adult has to do those waiver for them. The parent left the kids to enjoy the experience without them. They have a tablet for you to be able to watch the progress of your group if you choose not to participate like I did on this day. Never have I ever been to an escape room and for my first time I had more fun than I expected. Walking inside, I saw white doors and I was questioning how can an experience fit in a small room. It was giving Alice in the wonderland vibes. Before you enter the room you have to sign a very short waiver and you take a cute souvenir picture in front of the prop of your choice. The room we chose was the Merlin's House (because I'm a Harry Potter fan) and it was a challenge. The staff was super dope and I love the fact unlimited clues can be request throughout the experience. Fun! Went with 4 friends and we were able to escape. Reason for 3 stars: the tv screen to start the room was broken and took 5 mins to fix, no big deal, but then we ran into a few other things that were broken. We had actually solved one problem but it didn't "register" with the system. Our clock also stopped (they just timed us from there) Not bad though! read more

My husband and I have done about 50 escape rooms and we were so impressed by this set of rooms! Our favorite was the gold bug and the ring-themed room was a close second. So creative and fun! We highly recommend!! read more

The host was very nice and we had to do a lot of thinking outside the box. The staff were very rude. The equipment needed to solve the first clue wasn't working and the staff ignored out requests for help. When they finally showed up over 10 min had gone by and they told us the batteries must be dead We asked for that tine to be added back to our clock but staff simply laughed at us and walked away as they took the equipment, never returned it and just told us to use our cellphone flashlights to try to solve it. The magnets were broken off of a few of the cabinet doors so time was wasted solving irrelevant clues because nothing opened up. There were puzzles to solve that had no clues or incorrectly written clues making them near impossible to solve. Clues were given without our request. When we were trying to ask for clarification about broken puzzles/cabinet doors the staff were very condescending towards us and were often dismissive of our questions. This was my first time in an escape room and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. First of all, I want to thank them for their flexibility. My boyfriend and I were hoping to book a private escape room for two. Most escape rooms require at least 4 or more people, but they were extremely accommodating. We attempted their "Ring Room," which mirrored the horror movie "The Ring." The sound system, lighting and the set up in general, were very impressive. It really made you feel like you were in a horror movie. I couldn't help but clench onto my boyfriend from time to time because some parts of the experience were really creepy. What I loved most about this room was that it used sensors instead of the actual lock and key. So, we kept on digging through the wrong things when we first started the escape room. I think the digitization of the room challenged us to think outside the box. We got out just 3 minutes before our time was up and I would definitely go again to try another room.
