I'm not a "crystal energy vibes" person but I really like rocks and have a really large collection of them. This store was a great destination to stop off at! I ended up getting a few towers, some raw specimens, and a little carving of a cat. I've never in my life felt compelled to get a rock carving of anything but it was that cute. The pricing here is very fair. A lot of people think that crystals are supposed to cost three bucks and that's not the case. When you pay a cheap price like that it means you're getting something made out of resin. They only have real items here and they are priced an accordingly. I got four different items and paid $60ish bucks which I was very happy with. I expected at least $80. The service is great. I believe it is a husband and wife that run the place and they are always very kind and knowledge. They are also really good at figuring out whether you're a chatty person or not. I'm not and in general when a retail person is in my ear the whole time I'm in a store it stresses me out. They were cheerful with me but let me browse in peace. There was another customer in there who seemed to LOVE small talk and they picked up on that right away, and gave it to her. I'm always impressed when anyone in a store can read the room like that. When I was there they had their extremely polite child at the register "helping". Normally I wouldn't even notice but I don't think I've ever met a family that had such a polite, well spoken child that young. She literally asked me 12 questions in four minutes but they were all appropriate and it was really kind of fun (even as someone that runs from small talk) to have that interaction. When I walked in I noticed the vibe was off. Owners of the store kept watching my mom and I while we were shopping. Which made me feel uncomfortable. As my mom and I made our way to the check out, the girl behind the desk was off putting and rude. Spending time to text instead of helping us. When my mom asked a question she snapped at my mother which was straight disrespectful. I did get a wonderful tarot reading, but the owners daughter kept interrupting and spilling water all over. They did nothing to correct the behavior. Needles to say, never going back. read more

So I've been here a couple times now and I have mixed feelings. To be honest, both times I went in I wasn't impressed with the customer service. The most recent visit made me feel uncomfortable because the cashier didn't really make me feel welcome. He didn't say anything to me other than "hello" and didn't even look at me as he said it. He wasn't rude, just not interested in me. I might as well have not been there. The selection of crystals is great. They have tons of crystals in different sizes, shapes and colors. They have other things too, just not a fantastic selection with them. The crystals are priced fairly, but aren't especially affordable. It makes sense in this economy, of course. I just wouldn't recommend going into the shop for more than one crystal or two. Overall, the store is fine. I suggest it to people who really need a good crystal selection, but other places have more bang for your buck. read more

My daughter and I had a little time out together and she had wanted to check out this new shop. The shop - there are quite a few crystals I haven't seen other places. But there isn't a huge selection of anything else. I found them to be a bit on the pricier side. Friendliness - not friendly at all. The woman just stared at us the whole time we were shopping. We were the only ones in the shop. Cleanliness - it was pretty clean other than a bunch of papers all over the floor next to the desk. Atmosphere - it was awkward. They had their child there and the child was screaming and crying. No music or anything to fill the awkwardness. I probably wouldn't come back. It could do well with some little tweaks. I've been on a spiritual journey lately and was excited when I noticed Spiritual Landing near my home a couple weeks ago. My friend and I decided to pay a visit, but I immediately got bad vibes when entering the door. The environment felt unwelcoming. Most of the spiritual shops I've been to feel incredibly homey and relaxing to be in. Not this one. There was a weird overpowering smell. It wasn't incense or anything like that. It had almost a cleaning product scent to it. The lighting was fluorescent and incredibly bright. They had bright lights over their bins and bins of crystals. The walls were painted bright white and there was a rug reminiscent of a doctor's office. It felt very clinical and off-putting. The staff were not very friendly. They barely acknowledged my friend and I while we were in the store. My friend asked something or made a comment and the male employee brushed it off. They had a small child in the store, who was screaming the entire time. They did not bring the child in the back or anything. It seemed inappropriate. I can say they did have a massive selection of crystals but it seemed disorganized in the bins and like there was no rhyme or reason to the system of how they were displayed. I didn't but anything because I felt so overwhelmed, but even if I didn't, things seemed overpriced. A crystal I bought at another local store cost twice as much and the quality didn't look at great. Overall, I don't think Spiritual Landing is the place for my spiritual needs. I'd rather take my business to somewhere more welcoming and better priced. read more

I think this shop is fairly new and is located on Delaware Avenue in Kenmore, NY right next to a Subway. The store owner is very nice a knowledgeable. They have many, many items. My favorite is their insence. So many scents to choose from. I recommend coming here and just see all the unique items they have, which changes often. I only gave 4 stars because their online prices do not match the store prices and was told that there was an issue with FB not updating prices properly. That would be fine, but let your customers know that right away on your site. read more
