Eg schedule blood test but no such service exists to book for the new practitioners doing them. Also, they never respond to message on FB about booking, not sure since they use it. Overall, these are smaller issues, but could stop new customers returning, or even booking since sitting on the sidelines due to the inconvenience imo.
