I called multiple times, and a staff member told me their manager, Rosie, would call me back. That never happened. Eventually, another staff member named Drew gave me Rosie's personal number. I spoke to her directly, but she said she couldn't help because she wasn't clocked in -- and I never heard from her again. I sent a written dispute on June 26 and asked for a response within 10 business days. It's now mid-July and still no resolution, no call back, and no accountability. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be submitting one to the Utah Division of Consumer Protection next. This office clearly has serious administrative issues and doesn't seem to care about patients once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
