Today, 08.21.17, we needed help with our toilets that have been acting up for the past year or so, and we decided today to buy the parts to our toilets which would be the water pump and plunger hookup, and found out that one of our toilets, we were having a hard time trying to unclog it, and we tried using our plungers, which usually works, but for some odd reason today, it wasn't working and the toilets were just filling up more with water and what else was in it. So, we decided to call a plumber and I had checked "Angie's List App", and when I scrolled down to the selections, I was able to click on "Toilet Install & Repair" and a company called "Spitzer Plumbing" came up and he was rated with an "A", and Spitzer Plumbing is also a licensed company. The owner/operator's name was Cameron and he was the one who came to our house at 7:00pm and was very professional, clean, quick, and courteous with answering our questions regarding our toilets and why they were performing the way they were, as we were experiencing the screeching noise and also water moving from the inside of the tank. He then explained to us as to why we were hearing these noises. So, since we bought our own parts, he exchanged the old one's with the new one's and now our toilets do not make these weird sounds. We know we have found a reputable plumber and will be asking for his services in the future for our plumbing needs. read more

Needing the service of a plumber can be an aggravating experience between the mess and unexpected expenses. We recently had a bathroom remodel and we were concerned about how much of our budget would be used up on plumbing, but knew we couldn't achive the desired look without calling one.
