I visited this hospital twice while my friend was recovering from surgery. It happened to be during…read morethe World Cup, so there were some fun football-themed decorations throughout the facility. The check in process was straightforward. Visitors sign in at the front desk, receive a visitor sticker, and then take the elevator to the appropriate floor. The facility appeared clean and well maintained. Like most hospitals, there was a constant beeping of medical equipment, which is to be expected. My friend's room was comfortable, with a private bathroom, and her assigned nurse checked on her regularly. I also appreciated the whiteboard in the room listing the nurse, doctor, and other important information. One thing I wish they had was a water fountain or water bottle filling station on each floor for visitors. It would also be helpful if patient rooms had a small refrigerator for storing leftovers or cold drinks. The biggest disappointment was how my friend's food allergy was handled. She has a documented allergy to green beans, and it was clearly noted in her medical chart and communicated to the nursing staff. Despite this, the kitchen repeatedly served her green beans during her week-long stay. That was both concerning and frustrating. Since she was recovering from surgery and had limited mobility, I had to notify the nurse each time so the meal could be replaced. While the staff corrected the mistake, it should not have happened repeatedly. Food allergies should be taken seriously in a hospital setting, and I hope they improve communication between the kitchen and the medical staff to prevent this from happening to future patients. Overall, the facility and staff were good, but better attention to dietary restrictions would make a significant difference.

I arrived 15mins before my appointment and approached the desk. From the first employee to the last all I got were angelic hellos and voices with youth and levity. At some extent I thought it nice . While still thinking there has to be a % of patronage. Nope from the moment the front desk nurse took the time to get me a pen as a souvenir- cause I made a joke that I wanted something for being a "good boy" . Everyone was absolutely great and catering. Everyone was unique and kind. Surgery went smoothly. I'm excited for the recovery. They even called to check up on me and I chatted with the nurse as real people and she answered all my questions.

Instead, he made a dismissive comment, saying, "This isn't a mechanic shop," and told me to go to the ER because they couldn't do a rapid CT scan there. The visit cost $150, and I left unsure of what he was even trying to communicate -- he seemed to be joking at a time when it was completely inappropriate. When I expressed that I found his attitude rude, he responded with, "That's fine," and didn't seem to care. I mentioned I would leave a review, and he simply said, "Totally fine." It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially by someone who isn't even the owner of the practice. I don't believe money justifies poor behavior. I have more income than Surgeon. Definitely more than Family Doctor, yet I treat others with respect. This experience was unprofessional and frankly, unacceptable.
