We called them numerous times and they assured us that they were just coming. My mom missed her whole day at work just waiting for these cleaners to show up. They worked until 9pm when we have to be up at 4am for work so this was way too late for us. When we complained about the lack of communication they wanted us to be grateful to them instead of apologizing for the mistake that they made then lying to us that they gave us the option to reschedule since we put down $163 to book the cleaning service. How could we reschedule when they were assuring us that they were just 5 mins away. These people are scammers and crooks and they didn't even do a great job cleaning. See below photos of the floors still dirty. We spent $1000 for an ok job and horrendous customer service. When we put down the deposit they did not inform us that it would be $150 plus tax. So we were surprised to see the $163 on our card. They do not know how to do business and will waste your time. They also dumped the dirty water into our lawn and we spend so much money and time on landscaping. They just dumped the vacuum dust outside our front door. They were supposed to bring all of their own supplies and they used ours without our permission, even using our vacuum that we didn't say they could use. They just tell lies left and right. Please don't trust them.

I was researching a lot and had multiple quotes…read more Charlie was awesome from the beginning, he gave me a great price and redid not just my gutters, but new soffits, high end gutter guards, and much of the trim around my roof and garage. He also did this all in a upscale looking brown that gave my house a more chic look. He was great with communication. Fast forward 6 years and I had some other siding contractor remove my downspouts and did not secure them properly after the job so it flew off in a wind storm. I wanted it fixed right so I texted Charlie (same number after all these years), he came by a day later and reinstalled and secured my downspouts all for a very reasonable price. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

We were honestly very shocked, bc when he came over and gave us the quote, he was very nice and said he was eager to do the job. Based on our experience, I'm just not sure the service is reliable if you're in a rush to get your windows done. In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. We were quite bummed about it but are now looking for other window washing services in our area.
