Disappointed. I've been here many times before and felt they did a decent job, even though it's pricey. Things have changed since my last visit. The overhead rotating sponge was gone. My hood, windshield, roof and trunk lid didn't get touched, only got soaped up and rinsed. I could feel the hood was still dirty with a brush of my finger. Also the side rotating sponge heads were pulled back, barely touching the sides of the car and never touching the windows. I paid full price but only got half the car cleaned. Car wash broke my mirror. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks then said they wouldn't pay for damage.

They need to take a look at the cars coming out the other end of the tunnel. I always have to dry my car even after the new air blowers. Really not that good, consistently sub par for the money they charge. There's a another business down the street by Starbucks. Hell Sheetz does just as good of a job. They do hold the title of the most expensive drive thru in town. read more

Decided to come here to wash the dirt and grime from the winter off my wife's car. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Decided to splurge a little bit and get the Splash Plus wash with the undercarriage, $12. Pricey. Especially compared to other car washes that offer the same type of services as this one. Go through the wash and it sounds like the car is getting beat to hell. Extremely rough on the car, I'm surprised the mirrors didn't break off. Get to the end of the wash and realize there's only air blowers to dry the car off. No hand towels! For $12 I expect to have someone drying the car off. Once I get home I realize the wash didn't even clean the car. There was still dirt there from before. I will never ever come back here again. Total waste of time and money. This place is too expensive to offer a wash that doesn't clean your car and no hand towel drying either. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I would give it less than one star if possible. Purchased three months of car washes for my elderly parents for Christmas. The kid working there said that they did not have a 3 month package but wrote on the computer that it was only for three months. The three months arrived and they told my father that his three months were up and he quit going. They did not tell my father that I needed to come to the wash to cancel the service. They charged me for two additional months before I noticed. They would not refund the money even though they told my parents that their session was over and nobody used the wash. They did not even try to do the right thing. Just kept saying its our policy. Did not even offer free washes. I took my BMW Over to Fairlawn and had the extreme displeasure of their service at Splash Car Wash. As instructed, I pulled my car in neutral, and the attendant started screaming at me and stop the car wash, then had me back up. After the vehicle was set right onto their tracks, I'm going through the car wash, and the washer shuts down. Now I'm sitting in my car in neutral, touching no controls. The attendant comes running down the car wash shaking his finger at me, yelling I have no idea what he was saying through my car, and then restarts the car wash. After leaving the car wash, I saw that the car wasn't even close to being cleaned; they were still dirt, bugs, bird droppings on the vehicle. I pulled up to the attendance booth and explained that the car hadn't been cleaned, and I would like to rewash. The attendant from the attached picture comes running out of the car wash, screaming over to the charming attendant working in the booth, yelling something about me not being able to get a rewash. The attendant in the booth gave me the rewash of my $23 tsunami service. Second wash now, I'm pulling in; I stopped waiting for this rude attendants' instructions. I pulled in, and now he's starting to yell at me about I'm pulling into too fast. I guess this gentleman doesn't like to see black men driving nice cars like a BMW. His customer service skills are awful. If you want your customers to do specific actions, you might want to think about posting signs with one, two, three-step instructions on what they should do. Waving and screaming at customers through the window of their car is not a suitable method. This attendant that's in the car wash needs to go back to a customer service school and understand that customers can make mistakes, but you don't need to yell at them or demean them in any manner. Clear explanations and instructions will go a long way. I will not be returning to Fairlawn Splash Car Wash, especially if you're a black man in a BMW. Also, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He did not wear his mask correctly when talking to me, the customer; his attitude and derogatory tone while talking to customers are unacceptable no matter their color or race. read more

We've had the monthly pass to this car wash since it opened and it's just slowly declined to the point I'm going to stop paying for it. The under carriage power wash working MAYBE 1 out of every 10 times we come, anytime we let them know they tell us we couldn't know it's not working (you can hear it when it works), when the under carriage isn't working neither is the power rinse, which means my car is left covered in soap. Within the last month the soap hardly comes out, and the brushes timing is off and stops before the end of my car is even through. It's really not worth the price to come here, your car won't get cleaned and the employees won't care. Go somewhere else. read more

I hate this place! I made the mistake of getting a 1 month pass when I got my new car and I ended up canceling half way through the month. The car wash struggled to wash the back of my car and the tire shine left black oil on my car. I filled out a paper on why I wanted to cancel, I explained why, signed the paper and the person who took the paper said I would not be charged again! I cancelled in plenty of time and that was that or so I thought. I checked my account and they have charged me AGAIN! This place don't listen! I received a gift card to splash for Christmas and I brought one sedan in with no issues. The next day I brought my crossover in and upon arriving home, I noticed a series of repetitive scratches along my passenger side door that weren't there before. It was apparent a rock was caught in one of their wipers and scratched along my vehicle. I brought this to the notice of the staff at splash and asked for reimbursement for the damages. I filed their necessary paperwork and was told to wait for a reply. The staff was rude the entire time, boasting this has never happened. I waited for over a week with no response, so I called and was told to keep waiting. This process repeated twice more and I noticed a clause in their paperwork (I had a copy) citing that claims over 30 days old would be void. Clearly, they were trying to wait out this period and act like there was nothing they could do. I called everyday until I reached the manager and their excuse was that they could not find my car on video, so they couldn't reimburse me even though I gave them the time frame and gift card code to look up the specific time. Finally, realizing there was no way they would pay for the damages they caused, I simply asked for the remaining balance on my gift card in cash since there was no way I would go there or let a friend go there and they rejected. DO NOT GO TO SPLASH! I suggest going to quality scrub or montrose laserwash unless you want damage to your car that won't be reimbursed. TL,DR: Splash scratched my car and refused to reimburse me. read more

Beware of low quality equipment, owners that place blame on others and refuse to accept responsibility for damage to vehicles. This place is brand new but already has a bad reputation in the area. While getting my car washed last week someone's car stopped in the middle of the wash and instead of the wash turning off or the belt stopping the car in front of me hit a car in front of them, and I hit the car in front of me, and a Ford F150 hit me from behind. Now they want to tell me to file with my insurance and have my insurance chase down the people that stopped because it isn't their responsibility or fault. Business unwilling to share any information (Video, insurance co., owners name/number, etc) even though they filled out a damage report at the wash. Been given run around since then. Had to call police who noted they have gotten numerous calls about damage to paint from Splash's brushes. Please use them at your risk. read more

Took my Toyota van there and it was a disaster- it didn't get the back or the sides clean - at a cost of $13.00 that seemed WAY out of line since I could go to two other locations, one just up the street on Arlington and the other on Massillon Road and get a better car wash. Both of those have real people at the start to hose the grime off and to towel dry at the end (optional at Splash and Dash on Massillon Road). This place is totally automated and there's not even someone there to lodge a complaint!!! Wonder what would happen if the computer malfunctioned and you ended up stuck in the car wash?? CONSUMER BEWARE: The car wash is extremely rough compared to other wash experiences at other wash location and resulted in their brushes grabbing my wiper arm, when the wipers were off as instructed, and breaking the linkage. Ripped the antenna and destroyed the fender on a 2018 ford f-150. Also, while I was going through my fiance and I witnessed another car's rear windshield wiper get ripped off the car! Bad business! They just keep letting cars go through and when there is damage done they just point at the sign that says they are not responsible. If this happens to your car call your insurance company and they will go after Splash and Dash and yes they are 100% responsible sign or no sign. read more

My experience with Splash Car wash on Arlington has been a constant uphill battle over the past month. On December 14, 2018; I had my NEW 2019 Ford Explorer (3 weeks old) washed at Splash. Upon leaving the car wash a deep scratch on the right side, along with heavy swirl marks (scratches) throughout the hood & rear panel of vehicle. The black trim appears to have excessive scratch marks. I notified the attendant and showed him the scratches. He took pictures and had me complete a complaint form. Three phone calls, six visits to the car wash and numerous promises later have resulted in nothing. At first, they tried the standard comment of "we are not responsible for damage caused by our faulty equipment". They have been semi polite upon my visits and say they are attempting a resolution. I can without a doubt say that this double talk by the manager, general manager, attendants, etc. has accomplished nothing. I had the SUV professionally buffed and this removed several of the scratches; I'm told by the Ford dealer that they now need to wet sand the remainder. My last visit with the manager and conversation with the manager (Rob) resulted in him suggesting his general manager would call (Mike) and suggested they might take care of the long scratch and perhaps the others.
