BE AWARE OF FRAUD. Not a terrible wash if you just need a decent once over but not detailed at all. Their monthly membership is a scam. They will continue to charge your credit card after you cancel and will only offer to reimburse you with a gift card. A family member had this same thing happen. I only gave this one star because I had to in order to write a review... I pulled up, gave them my $ and proceeded to the tunnel entrance... No one pulled me in for almost 2 minutes, I watched my clock... When I did get pulled in, the guy was wearing sunglasses, I wasn't sure he was an employee because he was not wearing a uniform, he didn't smile at all, he only sprayed off my driver side as he was spraying soap on it... I mean, seriously? I got their top wash and the wash did not take the bugs off the front of my car... At the end of the tunnel, the tire shine gets applied... Ok, so I pull out and get out to look it over, the tire shine is all streaky, does not cover my whole tire and looks terrible... I will not be back. read more

I do really like splash car wash. I have a monthly membership with splash. I have the tidal wave package. The wash normally does a good job. I do have to say there are many times I've gone through and some of the sprayer jets don't work. The end drying rollers don't always even tough my vehicle. They also should not be closed because of bad weather. If the weather is bad people normally want to get their vehicles clean from all the salted roads. I would recommend this car was if they try and fix the continuous problems that I run into. read more

I understand in this day and age, stronger and more powerful is usually a good thing, not here. A friend and I both went through this car wash and I didn't realize until I got home the one of the center caps off of my Escalade came off and it broke my hitch cover. My friends hitch cover also came off of his truck and his tire sensor light came on and has had trouble ever since, he finally had to get them all replaced. I did go back and retrieve my center cap from them but some of the tabs were broken off. Never again will I go here, the water pressure is way too strong. read more

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This place is a joke. They rip you off with a monthly "fast pass" membership but end up closed or broken down half the time. They have a "members only" lane that takes 3 times longer or breaks down. I believe the owner does this on purpose so the people that are paying more one wash at a time get through faster and don't get pissed off. To be fair, as far as a car wash goes, they do a decent job. However, buyer-be-warned, if it's busy and there's a lot of volume, and the person in front of you does something stupid like hitting their brakes in the wash, you are stuck with the damage to your car. There is no mechanism to stop the line when that happens. read more

Credit card scam. DONT GO! Had my credit card number stolen by these people and they continued to run false charges after being warned.

Forget all of these negative nellie's ...I have been a customer since this place opened...all are friendly...the owner is more often on the premises...I trust this place to my 14 year old Mercedes ....I go at least once, or more , a week...they are doing VERY high volume washing's ....the courtesy vacuums are a nice deal....my car looks great! The Management here was extremely kind and helpful this week in clearly up my problem with excess charges for monthly car wash program. They went over and above board to correct the problem. The car washes here are good! Although I no longer work near this location, I would definitely return in the future for car washes. I purchased a Tidal Wave unlimited pass yesterday on line. Went to get my sticker at 8:04 am and they were not open. I stayed to 8:15 am and still not open. When I got back to my office, I called and ask the employee what time they opened, and he replied 8:00 am. I told him what I experienced, no apology, actually rude. So far, not impressed. But, when I did get the pass and a wash, the car wash was great. Feel sorry for the people working in this cold weather. Job well done! read more

Don't take your car to the location in Fairlawn or green !!! Warning this car wash broke my antenna on my mint condition 2003 Mazda miada and I had nothing but a run around with a total of 6 phone calls and 2 weeks of waiting after I turned in an estimated amount to fix my car at a Mazda dealership ! They finally called me and said due to the year of my vehicle the would not pay for the damage so now it's off to small claims court to make them pay the judge will decide! This establishment is owned by someone who thinks a customer is not important they will not call you back and they have a very bad review on line ! Everyone I have read about with viehicle damage it's the same story as mine they refuse to pay and give no consideration to a customer with all the other car washes in summit county make a wise choice to go somewhere else where they value your business. This has been my go to spot for a quick car wash/vacuum. On this trip, mid-day on a sunny Saturday, there was no one at the entrance to the wash. I proceeded to pull in a bit and was misaligned with the tracks. An employee did finally appear and help but I was confused as to why during a prime car wash hour, the service was non-existent when we pulled up. Then, another employee, maybe a manager, came out to to ask me not to pull in if there wasn't someone there because I could hurt my car or his machine. Fair enough. I responded that I definitely wasn't trying to hurt my car but didn't see anyone. He then held up his hand and said "Hold on...LET ME FINISH." What?! He continued to chastise me with my young daughter watching. I do find reviews helpful when factoring in to picking a business or restaurant, but this is only the 2nd time I have EVER written one. I found his approach so disrespectful as a way to communicate, especially from someone in a customer service industry. I was shocked and wished I could have respectfully expressed my thoughts in real time, but I was literally speechless. I was a fan, but will not return. He probably doesn't care and that's ok. read more

If I could leave a negative star, I would. My husband and I have been customers here since they opened and even had their monthly packages at certain points. Well, we prepped his truck with what should be soap/bug scrub water which there was no soap, it was just dirty water and they workers acknowledged and admitted that. After the 1st time not being cleaned through the wash, they put the truck through a 2nd time. When we got towards the end of the wash, their side rollers literally RIPPED my husbands antenna and pulled the whole base out of his truck, while continuing to roll and his antenna scratching his truck all the way down the side. Now he has a HUGE hole in his truck and scratches. They documented it and took pictures, had him get a quote which btw is $2600!!!!! in damage!!! and Will who is the guy who handles these problems is saying they wont cover it because his car is over 6 years old. This is COMPLETE Crap. That is what insurance is for. We pay $20 for a car wash, your machine damages our car, you fix it. NO QUESTIONS ASKED! So if I have car insurance and get in an accident with a car that is older than 6 years, I shouldn't have to pay to fix it?!?! We have a family to feed and now it's no big deal for them to say "if you want your car fixed, you do it yourself and pay the $2600" Bull crap. We did not sign off anywhere waiving our rights to our property being damaged for this car wash and being responsible for it.
