Each week, he cleans the pool and balances the chemicals and has been working to clean the calcium buildup on the tiles, which look great! I requested their pool…read morecleaning service, but sadly, just a week and a half after they provided the service--with all the specifications they asked for (although honestly, they didn't give us many clear instructions)--the pool turned green again. Then they told us the problem was that the pool timer wasn't working properly. So, they said we had to replace the timer. We did that, and suddenly the motor stopped working. We were told we had to replace the motor, so we did. When we checked, we noticed that many of the motor's screws were new, which seemed strange because the motor itself wasn't 100% new. The screws should have looked old or rusty like the motor, but instead they were new. We asked them to please help us with the restart, but the technician never answered again. The warranty they promised for their work was never honored. The technician doesn't respond to messages, and there was no guarantee at all.
