Hannah is incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to work with my existing microbladed eyebrows to ensure everything blended naturally with my face structure. She took her time with the drawing process which is crucial for permanent makeup. She checked in with me multiple times making sure I was happy with the shape. She is great artist and it was a bonus that she's very chill and easy to talk to. After the appointment, she gave me precise aftercare instructions in person and via text, which made a huge difference in my healing process... I love my brows! I wish this would have been double checked prior to being used on me because even if it's probably fine only happening once and (hopefully) it wasn't in a high dosage.. but was unable to confirm this - it still caused me immense anxiety that I really wish was avoided. I washed it off and emailed my doctor. But I still feel awful and wish more precaution was taken. This was my first facial since becoming pregnant (almost 27 weeks now) and I was really looking forward to it and thought I'd be safe here. Unfortunately I didn't feel safe and I wish I never came now. They don't have pregnancy pillows to accommodate pregnant individuals either. The whole process for a lift and tint takes less than an hour, and ones eyes are closed (obviously) the entire time. Sometimes my eyes get twitchy especially if I am chatting with the technician, so I really need to be relaxed! With a delicate touch, I ofter doze off! The facial itself was gentle, yet effective and left my skin glowing! After my treatment, I wanted to discuss with Mary Jo my current skincare regimen and any suggestions that she may have. We talked for about 15 min after my treatment (there wasn't another client directly after me) and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. As someone who really cares that my skincare routine is both safe and effective, Mary Jo's knowledge about skincare is extremely impressive. Furthermore, the product lines that she carries are certified organic, natural, and really work! It's rare to find someone so knowledgeable and passionate about all things skincare.
