Lashes looked amazing when they were first done and it was a comfortable experience. I loved how they looked throughout the week but around day 6 they stopped being noticeable. It could be because I have oily eyelashes and don't do everything I'm supposed to to protect my lashes but I did try avoiding touching them and I'd say like 70% of the eyelashes fell out at the end of the week. I got the classic "flutter" lashes so I heard those don't last as long since there are less lashes. I've never gotten my lashes done before so I'm not sure if fake lashes just don't work on me or what. read more

Very disappointing experience since it was my first time using ClassPass's wellness feature and Splash Skin Care & Extensions. I booked a week in advance for eyelash extensions and they subsequently canceled my appointment stating that there was a scheduling conflict. They offered no alternative except to look on the ClassPass website to schedule a new appointment. I had been looking forward to going to my appointment and had already blocked the time off from work. If you're going to cancel someone's appointment, you should offer an alternative time to honor the initial appointment. I was very irritated. read more

Got my lash extensions done 4 days ago, look amazing and last for 4 days until they're all falling off. Got my lashes done all the time and they normally last up to 3 weeks, lashes falling off is normal, yes I know that but this case it has been 4 days and my eyes look half naked. Called in for a fix, but didn't got any offer for fix or refund, instead got a message told me that to come on a website and book an appointment for a week later for 2 weeks fill. . I was researching lash extension places that were local to me. I was doing this research for my wedding that was in December and I found Jae on yelp. I was very happy to read her great reviews and have a relaxing experience. She is wonderful and I received so many compliments on her work. I did the 2 sessions of lashes because I wanted to get used to them and see if I liked them. Also I had all these wedding parties to do and I was taking a ton of photos. Jae is amazing and she is worth every penny! I also had a facial and back treatment done by her few days prior to my wedding . During that appointment she noticed my skin needed a little more work. I was expecting to pay a little more but she did not charge me for the extra stuff during that session. She also noticed that one eye had lost a few lashes and put a couple extra lashes in because my wedding was right around the corner. She is very generous and fun to work with. I developed an allergy to the glue that my previous eye gal was using, and Jae researched and found a glue that didn't give me sensitivity problems. I was hooked after that and she did my lashes for years. I have since stopped and miss them greatly, but I still see Jae for my eyebrow and eyelash dying. She also does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows as well and always make them on point. The location is super easy to get to on Eastlake and there's always a parking spot for me. The difference is not dramatic, but she uses way more glue than the technician I go to in Vancouver, causing many natural lashes to stick to a single extensions, and making the lashes fall out faster. read more

I've been seeing Nina Noriega-Saito for my new lashes for 1.5 months now. I've had lash extensions from others around the Seattle area and they were so heavy and not natural looking and it didn't look as natural as I wanted them to look. I have a 2 year old so need to get some time back in the morning to not do make-up. Nina was extremely professional, accommodating, super friendly and really listened to what I wanted. We went with a shorter length but I loved it in the end. I was able to wear my glasses but still have nice looking lashes that was low maintenance. Nina is great and glad I have found her!
