Anna was super easy to converse with and made sure I was comfortable throughout the application process. I let her know that I'd need it to last throughout my wedding and honeymoon and she assured me she uses a strong gel. Anna seemed very knowledgeable and provided great insights into the world of lash extensions! She also waxed my brows for me and created the shape I've always wanted. My eyebrows are naturally on the thicker, "bushier" side, so I appreciated her working with me to create the best brows for my face shape. I really enjoyed my time at Adorn and would definitely come back again considering it's also a one stop shop for my brows! She also sent me away with three blush pink (my favorite color) lash combs to maintain my new beautiful lashes! I came early morning and was the only customer inside. During my pedicure, my toe was cut and it started bleeding and hurting. I understand accidents can happen and was calm about it. However, I was then surprised that the tech tried to hide the mistake by pouring blue liquid over my toe whenever I looked away and moving on with the rest of the pedicure as if my toe was not bleeding or in pain. It was stinging from the liquid. The tech tried to cover up their mistake so I wouldn't notice but I spoke up multiple times to say that my toe is hurting from the cut and there was silence from both techs who were doing my manicure and pedicure. They continued on without pausing and checking to see how I was doing even after I told them it hurts. I was very uncomfortable throughout the rest of the service. I fully paid for my services $100+ at the end including tip but did not leave satisfied. No discounts were offered and I barely got an apology. My toe was in pain as I walked away and was so scared of it getting infected. I don't think this is acceptable service. There was a lack of accountability, professionalism, and care/comfort for the customer.

I booked a brow wax online for a 6pm appointment. When we were hit with the snow and ice, I was not able to physically leave my driveway. I called the morning of and let them know and planned a reschedule the following day hoping for better conditions. I got emails asking me for how my appointment went (which I found odd) but ignored it. The next day, I still was not able to leave my house, so I called the location the morning of and let them know I would be better off canceling and then rescheduling once the holidays were done and the weather was more stable. To my surprise, a pending $25 was applied to my card. When I called the location to ask why, the woman on the phone told me there was a no-show fee because I did not cancel 12 hours in advance and this was a generous policy bc most places are 24 hours. When I asked her if this policy applied to emergencies, she referred me to her manager, Anne. She gave me Anne's number which I called. It went to VM, so I asked Anne to call me back so I could better understand the policy and if there was some work around to the situation. I never received a call back and the charge went through on my card. Trust me, I understand the reasons for no-show fees and policy but the complete lack of understanding given the winter storm despite my longstanding timely appointments with them is disappointing. I will not be returning again and will find services elsewhere.

OH. MY. LASHNESS. It had been years since I've had lash extensions and my last experience with a lash artist was a very long one, with halfway decent retention of my lashes.... And then I found Ahn. I am hooked. She is so sweet and her space is comfortable and cozy. Her touch is light and her talent is STRONG! My lashes were better than expected, and my first fill has maintained even better than the initial set! I didn't think they could get any better, but they do! I will say, it makes a huge difference when you use the lash cleanser that I bought from her studio. I think it was somewhere around $22? Doesn't matter, I'd pay twice the amount for the results I'm getting. The first set I had stayed really well, but I wasn't as diligent about cleaning them and keeping oily products from touching them. After my fill I knew I'd want to continue seeing her, so I've been doing a much better job with cleansing twice a day - she was right, it makes a big difference! read more

I've tried few mediocre places in Seattle until I finally found this place with high standards. They always have great choice of colors and master Van is very polite and does her job professionally and with attention to details. It takes a bit longer than in other salons, but results totally worth it. I enjoy my shellac manicure at least two weeks and my shellac pedi for four-five weeks. If you care about neat and perfectly done toes and nails, you should try this place. I recommend to schedule your appointment in advance. read more

I've been getting my lashes done by Anh every 2-3 weeks for the past 2 years. She knows exactly what I like and is very efficient in her work. She is always accommodating with her schedule. Her work station is very clean. Her prices are very reasonable. And she is very nice. Sometimes we talk the whole time and sometimes it's the best nap time. I used to get my brows shaped, laminated, and tinted at another business in Seattle; however, my go to aesthetician up and left without notice so I was on the hunt for a new brow guru. I came across A+ Ilash Studio when googling various businesses in the area. The Redmond location certainly had great reviews and so I decided to check out their newer location in the Wedgewood neighborhood. Their booking process was a breeze and so I booked an appointment with Alice. During the services (brow shape/lamination/tint) everything seemed to be going as expected. When she was finished, she gave me the mirror and I did a quick look which appeared to show a superb job. Unfortunately, I must not have paid too close attention during the mirror inspection because when I got out to the car and did a more thorough look over, I noticed my left brow after the arch was completely misshapened and half of the hair that should've remained was waxed off. When looking midline at my face, my brows appeared to be not only off-center but one brow appeared higher than the other. The over waxing of my left brow was odd because my right brow looked really well without extra hair removal. As far as my brows being off-center and the unevenness, I can only attribute it to the tint being applied to each brow as they appeared individually and not paying attention to symmetry of the face during the application. As soon as I got home, I immediately took off some of the tint that caused the brows to appear off center and I had to fill in with my brow pencil the tail of my left brow that was almost completely missing. I am now 6 weeks post services and although a majority of the hair has grown back, it still is a little more sparse than previously. For the first 4 weeks after visiting A+ Ilash Studio, each day I had to fill in with pencil the missing hair so I'd have more symmetrical looking brows. This venue has some good reviews and I'm happy people have had great experiences, but for me it was a complete fiasco. Again this is just my experience. Hopefully if you choose this business you will have a better outcome than I did. Though unfortunately, I will not be coming back.

I didn't feel rushed at all; Julie was meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. She definitely knows her stuff! Her studio was warm and welcoming (with an amazing music playlist haha), and her customer service was above and beyond. She started by walking me through what she was going to do, drew her planned shape (which complemented my natural shape), and got down to business. In each step of the process, she made sure to check in with me to make sure I was going to get what I wanted. Even before she threw on some brow gel, my brows looked brand-spankin'-new.
