Call Sweetie Pies Florist and they were less than accommodating. Wanted to know if I had water in the flowers( insulting). Sent them pictures to show how the dead flowers looked. I was told they would contact the online florist to get our money back. Never happened. I had to take the time and contact the online florists. This is not how a business should be run.

Door signage posted a 2:00 closing, but internet shows a 4:00 closing time. Nor, does their line have a voice mail. Very unhappy will never purchase another item without looking at it. Hostess will need to return item. Can't believe based on the 3 photos the store finds it acceptable to display and sell. Thought the store had higher standards.

Basically, 1/3 of all reviews are negative. Count em' The…read morenegative reviews experienced was the same as mine. At least the florist is consistent. When, I called to complain I was shamed for leaving a negative review, instead of first calling them. I thought the retailer should be the one calling me. Especially since I was clear that the bouquet had to include the orchids. Yet I was the one who is remiss in giving a review? Feeling shamed, I revised my review, to a 5 star, which was not honest. After, my dear, sweet cousin, who is 72, and very ill also lied to me, telling me the bouquet is beautiful. Then when I told her I complained she thanked me, and told me she was sorry for lying to me. Sorry here, sorry there. Sorry everywhere. There. This is at least honest now. Sorry, not sorry. Repenting after being shamed by the florist, telling God I'm sorry, and sorry to the florist too. Then, I had to return to God, once again for lying and giving a glowing review.
