I have attached both images for reference--the online representation and the sad reality of what I received. When I mentioned to the florist that the arrangement did not look like what was pictured online, she informed me that they were out of the flowers shown. To add insult to injury, after I walked out with my flowers and sat in my car, the florist came outside to ask if I would like to add some white FLOWERS & carnation flowers to the arrangement. These additions do not match at all with what was supposed to be a tropical-themed arrangement, and it only highlighted the inconsistency of what I received. This arrangement was meant for my grandmother, and I can't convey just how important it was to have a beautiful bouquet. The florist's failure to inform me about any substitutions or changes ahead of time is not only frustrating but also inconsiderate. When spending $140 on flowers, I expect to receive something that at least resembles what was promised. Instead, I walked away feeling angry and let down. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this florist to think twice. Save your money and look elsewhere for a service that values their customers and delivers what they advertise.

We hope our review here is helpful to you as well. The presence of fresh flowers at our wedding really added to the day, and we are glad we had them. We worked with Erin Reed at Floral Events for numerous bouquets and table centerpieces for our wedding ceremony and reception. She was kind, helpful and efficient in the initial stages of designing everything despite covid issues that kept popping up. She also spent time with us to talk through details of our order and to show us a demo of the bouquets. Erin was even able to incorporate some heirloom items into the bridal bouquet. That bouquet was absolutely lovely and just outstanding. The flowers were much more yellow than we had requested, but it was still nice. She prepared the heirloom items by hand and ensured they looked elegant with the flowers in the bridal bouquet, which meant a lot to us. The other bouquets and centerpieces, however, arrived on the day of the wedding with mixed, disappointing results. A couple were lovely but the majority had clearly been hastily put together and not in the form we had agreed upon in our contract and invoice. For example, vases were used for bouquets where we had asked for them to be wrapped in paper and vice versa. Many of the flowers were dyed in an odd color we had not requested. They also looked nothing like the demo bouquets, which was disappointing and confusing since the bridal bouquet was so exceptional. None of this ruined our wedding day, but we have not hired Floral Events for other milestones we have had since working with them. We have avoided hiring them again as quality control seems to be an issue for them internally.

I ordered invitations from Kendra Hammond (her business is called Klassy Kreations and her link is: https://www.facebook.com/byinvitationonlyxoxo?mibextid=LQQJ4d ) in November of 2023. I had posted in this bridal group where to get invites and she responded saying that she could make them. And to be honest I really liked the one she was able to come up with. Communication was great and I paid her half for the deposit. As soon as she had been paid the first time communication completely dropped (all of our communication was through Facebook messenger and it shows that she's active and has viewed my messages yet hasn't responded). I had to copy and paste messages about every/every other day and wait to get a response and often times it took about a week or more to get a response. She then told me that she was sending them out and I paid her the other half (she took all payment through Cashapp and I should have known better then). She then had all of the money and said they were sent out. Around a month later I messaged and asked where they were and she said they were sent... they never arrived. After around two weeks AFTER that she supposedly went in or called and said she hadn't paid enough shipping and they were sending them back to her, for her to pay full shipping to resend. I finally got the invites (SIX months later). And low and behold I'm missing invites & details pages and they are HORRENDOUS (pictures attatched). To this day I still do not have my invites and details pages, she said the second shipment of ones I'm missing should arrive last Wednesday and has literally just messaged me two minutes ago that they should be arriving any day (so who really knows). She said I could return all of the bad ones and she acknowledged that "not all of them were bad" meaning she knew some were. And she's correct not all of them were but 62 out of the 100ish we got were. I then told her I would like to return all of the invites and receive the money I spent for them back, this is when she informed me that she does not offer refunds. Given we have a large proportion of our guests who are international her services have been a NIGHTMARE considering they needed to be SENT out bringing of this month. I've had to purchase gatefolds from another company (that came out AMAZING) due to the lack of quality for the ones received. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND SHE ALSO DOES USE OTHER PEOPLES VIDEOS AND PICTURES OF MERCHANDISE AS HER OWN (found out ourselves through google searching her videos and pictures). PLEASE ALSO LOOK AT HER REVIEWS ON YELP, The Knot, Wedding wire, as I am not the only person this has happened to. I'd like to point out that I'm not necessarily saying she is a scammer, I AM however saying that the quality of work she provides is DREADFUL, I have still not received all of my invitations or details pages, and she will not offer me a refund.
