The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that I on the morning I was originally scheduled to have a cleaning, the company let me know that the person who was supposed to come called in sick and they were going to have to send someone 3 hours later. Unfortunately, that wouldn't work with my schedule so I had to reschedule. Then the woman who came the second time showed up an hour late. She said she had been outside the building but didn't have my cell number to call me and had to wait for someone to come out. This was unfortunate because I left instructions that I don't have a call box and that my cell needed to be called to let the cleaner in. Once someone was finally in the apartment, they did a great job.

PREVIOUS POST (before they no-showed a second time and failed to issue the refund they promised) I've used this service 3 times now. They do a great job and bring their own cleaning supplies. There was a tech issue with my third appointment, and the customer service in rectifying it was incredible, they offered to refund and also set up a follow up cleaning appointment. It is the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!
