They wouldnt even talk to me after I was done and upset. They demanded their money or else. So I paid 100 dollars for a set that I have to remove today to get redone tomorrow. I am calling the cosmetology board today because for some reason I dont think these guys are licensed.

A couple of hours later I noticed my eyelids felt itchy. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to wearing them. As time went on the itching intensified and started to feel more like burning. I have put on lashes from the drugstore many times before an never had any sort of reaction. I called Lash the following day to explain what was going on and to ask how to best try and remove them. I was told that I could come in later that day only during their hours of 8-4pm to have them removed for $50. I just spent $150 to put them on the day before! This is not quality customer service. Sure, I can see charging to have them removed if it's just on a whim but I was having itching and burning on my eyelids that was worsening as time went on! I am so disappointed with this experience at Lash for the lack of customer care after a very costly appointment that resulted in an allergic reaction. I will not recommend this Lash salon to others.

I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.
