What I find to be absolutely ridiculous is the fact my lash artist refused to work me in when I reported losing multiple lashes on both eyes due to my lash schedule being thrown off by a whimsical vacation she decided to take. Everyone deserves to take a vacation, however the business owner/lash artist should also consider accommodating their client when they report losing multiple lashes in one week because their over due for a fill! Verses expecting them to wait over a week until their next scheduled appointment! I was told " I have nothing, I'm really busy fitting people in since my vacation". "I absolutely appreciate you, I appreciate all my ladies to the fullest". "I just wish there were more hours in the day". After receiving that response via email, I felt far from an appreciated customer who always kept scheduled appointments, referred others and left a generous gratuity in her hand every two weeks! If you decide to use this studio please have a back-up lash artist on speed dial because you will NOT get worked in with Sheila unless she's reworking her schedule prior to going on a whimsical vacation! Hopefully providing an excellent customer experience becomes the focus of their business model one day! ______________ 09/27 update ______________ After contacting the lash studio with photos showing the shape my lashes were in, I received this blank Thank You card with a partial refund of my last service. WOW! Notice the chunky clumps of lashes in my photo below? For those of you reading the raving reviews following mine about the wonderful lash retention this handful of people experience after a little gossip session with Sheila. FYI ~ Sure adding copious amounts of glue to clumps of lashes verses individually placing them will most definitely make the lashes stay on but it's not healthy for your natural lashes. I always wondered why my eyelids were so puffy/itchy at times and how she was able to do a fill in 45 minutes. It took my new lash artist a while to remove the glue clumps! It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

I got a spray tan done by Erica before I left for vacation. I exfoliated my skin that morning and…read moremade sure not to put anything on my skin after I showered. I showed up early and she got me in early, which was great! I planned on wearing a swimsuit but she said a lot of women go topless, so I did. Erica made me feel totally comfortable and the process was very quick and only took about 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon so it was 50% off and only ended up costing 20 dollars! I followed all after-care instructions and wore dark loose fitting clothes home and didn't do anything the rest of the day except lounge at home..but I still ended up with weird uneven streaks on my hands and wrists. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.

I paid extra for a package that supposedly included a foot softening treatment, but was told it was only a basic scrub -- and that the "real" softening would cost extra. Had I known that, I would've just gone with the basic pedicure since it already includes a heel scrub. It's confusing (and frustrating) to see so many upgraded package options if the services they advertise aren't actually included without more upcharges. The pedicure itself was fine -- my cuticles and polish were okay, but nothing special. Honestly, it looked like something I could have done myself at home. For the price I paid, I expected more professional detail and finish. Another thing to note: they offer 20% off one service for first-time customers who pay in cash. Be careful -- they'll try to upsell additional services (as many salons do), but that discount will only apply to the cheapest service, not the most expensive one. I originally only wanted a pedicure and declined several offers for add-ons. Eventually, I agreed to have my cuticles cleaned on my fingers, not realizing that it would be $30 -- and that the 20% off would apply to that instead of my $80 pedicure. That's partly on me for not double-checking, but as a professional (I worked as a makeup artist for over a decade), I always made sure to inform clients about add-on prices before proceeding. Overall, I won't be returning. I was going to give 1 star, but since my nail tech was kind and apologized for the confusion, I'm giving 2 stars to acknowledge her effort.

I had a longtime girl at CR, but she moved away. It was nice to have a rapport and she knew about products I've tried and which ones broke my out in a rash. For new girls, there is a consult on what you want done, what shape (eyebrows) are you looking for. The only other service I've had was armpit waxing. That was weird to grow out the hairs long enough. Didn't hurt as much as the face though. I can't speak for other services. I'm a visual person so I like to take pictures of where I'm planning a review. I asked the gal if I could take a picture of her room and she said no. Everything looks to be disposable and one time use. Never seen them actually clean the room but looks brand new when I'm brought back. Restrooms on site in the clinical hallway. Products on display in lobby where you can purchase if used on you that day. You can buy services a la carte for the day, or you can buy a package of services like Buy 9, Get 3 free. Your CC gets charged in 3 or so payments and that makes checkout very easy because you prepaid for them. Just need to leave a tip in cash or say to charge your CC on file.
