I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Got it from Ritzman appliance in Hales Corners, WI. When that 9 year old dryer from GE dies it will also be replaced with Speed Queen. The GE dryer has been repaired 4 times in 9 years.

I called your customer service and they told me they don't have control of that. They are not able to do that even though the part is coming from YOU! I just hung up with you "customer service" and she actual said to me that she is helping me but I don't like what she's telling me so items my problem. I have had numerous calls over the past week and everyone of them has been a bad experience. You need to train your people. They really don't seem to give a crap about customers or satisfaction. I just googled speed queen and it is a running theme in the reviews. You guys charge a ton for your machines. You should invest in polite helpful customer service reps. It is insulting to spend 1300 on a dryer to have the company tell you just deal with it. You guys SUCK. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
