I don't get the low review scores. It's a coin laundry. It has exactly what you would expect BUT if you forget your coins, they actually have card swipers on all machines. The bathroom was spotless, there were attendants on duty. I had a pleasant experience and I have found some pretty ratchet laundry places in my RV travels across the US! Love their drop off service. Always friendly and they do a great job. I usually just drop stuff off and pick it up the next day, but they do offer same day service. I use them to do the sheets for my bus, and they even know how to fold fitted sheets! read more

All I can say is this place has changed my life! As an extremely busy mamma that wears WAY TOO MANY "hats" (ie...mom of 3, wife, coach of 2 basketball teams, owner of a health and wellness practice, owner of multiple horses, dogs and chickens...), you can tell that my time is extremely limited, and laundry is typically an after-thought. I've been using their "wash, dry, fold" for several years now, and it's taken a huge load off of my shoulders. I have been extremely unfortunate to have had to undergo too many surgeries over the past few years where I haven't been able to do even medium weight lifting. Kayla usually is the one that does my drop off. Just yesterday, I dropped off a huge load and it was completely done and ready to pick up within 5 hours. I'm talking 6-7 bags of clothes to be washed! (YES I KNOW we obviously have WAY TOO MANY clothes between the 5 of us! ) I've also had Grace help and she is great as well! NOTHING BEATS HAVING EVERYTHING FOLDED OR HUNG AND READY TO SIMPLY PUT IN DRAWERS OR HUNG IN CLOSETS!!! If you are like me and feel like you are always trying to play catch up on laundry, I would give this a try! You won't regret it! Side note ~ don't forget to tip them! They work their booty off to help us out and do an incredible job WITH a smile on their faces! I can't say it enough...I am so grateful someone referred me to them. When me and my husband were living in our one bed, one bathroom apartment, there was one of the sketchiest communal laundry mats I'd ever seen, and they never worked! It was frustrating, and we didn't have time to do our our laundry, so we were told about this place. The staff was always incredibly friendly, and always greeted us right away. For a low price, they would wash, fold, and bag up our laundry for us, and they would have it ready in a super speedy manner. Their location is one of the cleaner ones, and if we didn't have a washer/dryer, we would definitely still be regular customers. 10/10!!! read more

Awful. I used them for over a year, and within the last 6 months, it appears that they stopped cleaning my clothes. I would get them home, with "crust" still on my clothes...the stuff that can easily be scraped off. ew. I stopped going, as the same thing happened to my ex...who also uses them. gross. As a night owl due to being an overnight employees, on my day off I do laundry at late hours and this facility is open 24 hours. Great for me, but a couple of issues I discovered here. There are non customers using the bathroom facilities to do certain things and strange people that are drawn to the place to do things other than laundry that as a customer I find unsettling. Also the washers in sequence 34-40 are ripoffs. The water nor soap are not extracted so you have soapy dripping clothes at end of cycle. The dryers do not dry sufficiently. Very expensive and time consuming. I am still in a quest for 24 hours laundry facility but without these problems. On the positive side I did not have to wait on washers or dryers. And other than the creepy crawler non customers frequenting the establishment it is quiet. read more

Customer/person there apparently doing comforters back to back days moved my jacket to top table folding section That in turn made me forget about it, now the jacket I solely paid to get washed went missing and I don't think it was the customers. Who is this person doing blankets back to back days? (I think it's their help) It was apparently there when people left. Staffed with at least 2 helpers and no one bothered to collect it ( oh they bothered alright!) The lady who moved it was there for a short time and the one running the place was talking to her. How does it go missing? They answered me like it was a normal thing for things to go missing there. Clean laundry mat. Big turnover of staff on weekends. Have to train new staff continuously on how to do your laundry.

I do no not have a problem with the quality of business my issue is I like to do my laundry when I get off work at 6 am so I can then go home well I have had to change hours due to the homeless people sleeping under the folding tables theyonly get up when they know it is about time for attendant to get theretalked to attendant about it she stated she knew came in one day 8 am she was eating breakfast there chatting with them in tired of them begging for money while you try to do your laundry if it continues I will find another place to do my laundry Allen you need to handle this read more
