I brought a jumpsuit in to fix zipper because I was only able to zip up half way. I showed the lady who works there the exact location. She safety pinned it and said she would see what she could do. A few days later I picked up my jumpsuit assuming she had fixed the problem spot maybe even replaced whole zipper and subsequently paid the $30 charge. I went home and tried on jumpsuit only to find that it still would not zip up all way and that the original zipper was still in place. I went back into store to see if I could rectify the situation even trying on piece in front of seamstress. She went on to say " there was nothing wrong with zipper and that maybe I just needed to lose weight or wear corset" as she laughed. I might not have been so insulted if she had offered to refund my money she took to not make any alterations! Needless to say I will not be back for dry cleaning or otherwise! I personally think dry cleaners have a particular smell but each is different from each other but this one has zero smell. It's neutral. This particular jacket went through a rough time before it hit the cleaners so I was not even hopeful it could be saved. I told my husband to just buy a new one. He has an emotional attachment to it so it wasn't an option apparently (is this normal in guys?, asking for a friend) so there he was dropping it off. The lady that owns the place is nice and knows what she is doing. I know for sure she has been there for at least 20 years and I see why. She is fast and very good. My husband was excited she does alterations (inside joke) so we definitely will be trying those services too and I'll update my review, but so far, come check her out!
