Morning coffee in Lebanon, I arrived at 6:20 am and spent around four hours here this morning as my "office" for the day. Quiet, comfortable and yes, great coffee! While the cortado was served in a cup, it was still delicious and had the caffeine boost to start the day. I chose their OG Bomb for breakfast and this is an interesting thing. It's a "lump" of dough with stuff inside it. Delicious and filling, but greasy enough that you'll want to eat it with a fork. I stopped here for a quick coffee and breakfast but I only got the coffee. They were out of their food and only had one choice of breaking sandwich. The store/place is not big and have a few tables around the shop. They had 3 staff members and they were all nice. My coffee took a big longer to make and they were not really busy. The my have a section displaying their "best coffee in Wilson County" awards and I will have to agree to disagree. It was ok coffee. They also did not give me a sleeve to cover the cup and there were none on the place they had the sugar and stirring sticks. Overall, it's ok. read more

Great place to enjoy your coffee and lounge for a bit. Lots of seating options. Really enjoyed my honey bee latte with almond milk. I asked the barista to make it less sweet and it was perfect. The girls told me how the owner began to learn how to roast while stationed in Europe and the tea that you see available is a local company he partners with. Bathrooms needed a little tidying up but nothing major. Really happy to have found this place. read more

The stars are absolutely for the service! I just stopped by because I thought the little downtown area of Lebanon was cute and wanted an excuse to hang out for a little bit. I was instantly greeted by a man at the front putting away some of the bags coffee they have for sale (several types, by the way!), and he must've been able to tell it was my first time there new cause he told me to let him or anyone know if I had any questions. I ended up getting a London Fog with oat milk & a chicken salad croissant. When I asked if the sandwich had cheese, the girl asked another lady who said it did but she'd be happy to make me one without (I think normally they just take a premade one from the fridge, so that was really nice). My sandwich was very good and my London Fog was fine. There was a bunch of seating and it looks like they're working on making it all decked out for Christmas. read more

I was only in here for a hot second, but it looks like a great spot to take a seat and enjoy some local grounds. I ordered a cold brew to go, but this place offers a ton of other hot coffee drinks, along with pastries and savory food options. There are a few seats in the front window area, but the bulk of the seating is in the back of cafe. The back seating section has a few tables, chairs and I think a couch to lounge on? There's also a bathroom here! I really want to comeback, hang and pick up a bag of the bourbon aged coffee! read more

We unfortunately had a terrible first experience here. I got in trouble for being on my phone (no signs indicating no phones allowed) and then after walking through the pouring rain we were scolded for leaving a puddle at the entrance that "someone could have broke their neck on". Instead of sitting in the shop to enjoy our food we decided to sit in the car to avoid further trouble. How fun to find out our food looked nothing like the pictures and it was nice and burnt :) Nothing like hateful customer service and burnt breakfast to start your day. read more

The ambiance of the coffee shop was quaint and they sold both hot food offerings and lots of drinks options. There was ample seating in the back. I had the Scotch Haven (a butterscotch Carmel latte) from the Spring menu and it was delicious. I also ordered the OG biscuit bomb and. I expected it to have more filling (it was overly doughy imo). I really wanted to like this place. I'm a huge supporter of local businesses, but the coffee was super watered down and food options weren't great. We got the OG Bomb to eat - it was super dry and lacked flavor. It appeared to be homemade, but wasn't good. The service was lacking as well. They couldn't answer simple questions about the food/coffee and acted like they didn't want to be there. They put our food on the counter but didn't call out what it was so my partner asked if it was the OG Bomb and she blankly stared at him for a moment and said "I think so" Overall just not really worth it and I would've preferred to have coffee and breakfast at home. People with allergies - all food is premade there so you cannot get any ingredients taken off. read more

I love coffee, I love coffee, so I've tried their coffee several different types of several different times and I just don't like it .took more than a few minutes for me to get a cup of black coffee.. The staff was definitely not overly friendly not rude, but just kind of blasé ..premade food is good. This place is so cute! I got the Honey Bee latte and it was delicious. Definitely sweet so if you don't like your drinks too sweet maybe ask for half-sweet. One of my other order items was a bit late to arrive so they gave me a chocolate chip cookie on the house -- went above and beyond fixing the mistake. Awesome local coffee shop with a great feel and relaxed atmosphere. It is a nice place to work from or to have a meeting or just sit and relax. They have several cool seating areas to sit and tables to work at. They roast their coffee on premises and their different blends are excellent. My fav is Reload, a dark roast with great flavor. Chris, Nina and Nick are friendly and serve everyone with a spirit of excellence. Love all the homemade food. I'm mainly here in morning- their biscuit bombs are the BEST. Split Bean Roasting off the historic square in Lebanon is a fantastic local coffee shop. The atmosphere is relaxed and the shop is kept clean and presentable. Their website doesn't have the menu but they have all the basic coffee drinks you would want and then some specialty options. They have homemade muffins, sandwiches and soup of the day. The staff are very nice and were patient with my indecision as I studied the menu. I finally chose a large iced honey bee latte and a small Italian sausage and spinach soup. Both were great and I would get both again. The honey bee is sweet and the worker told me you could taste the honey more when it's iced over if you order it hot. The soup was similar to an Italian soup I've had called zuppa tuscana. The staff told me this was one of their best soups and I have to agree, without even trying their other soups. I would always prefer to support a local coffee shop over Starbucks, so if you're in the area come here! Nice atmosphere, good drinks and food and friendly staff all make for an excellent experience. read more

Glad I finally got to try this cute coffee shop. I went with my daughter and a couple friends. We ordered a variety of items. I ordered a mocha. It could have been a bit warmer but tasty. The scone was very good and not too dry. The deco was fun and trendy. A little children's table was provided for the younger set. WiFi was in the house! Love that. The service was pretty good, I got my drink relatively quick and it wasn't busy at all.. we were the only two people in here (it's Tuesday at 1:00pm). The ambiance was a bit eerie, very open seating, mostly just two seats at a table. Have been looking for a local "mom & pop" coffee shop and I'm thrilled to find one downtown. I've always been a fan of little shops in downtown areas and honestly didn't know this gem was here. Great urban vibe with local laid back appeal. I'm not a "fou-fou" coffee person, not into syrups and everything - but it is available. I enjoyed a simple iced half-caf with a splash of coconut milk that was was delicious. They don't burn the bean, like a major chain that will not be named, so the essence of the coffee was rich and full bodied. They had a dark roast caffeinated and a more mild decaf, blending the two was splendid. I met an acquaintance there and while we were gabbing I watched a steady flow of customers. We saw moms with strollers catching up, businessmen meeting and even a few working solo on their laptops. No rush, no push to move out and no one anxious for your seat. Huge fan of the mellow atmosphere. I will be back!!!! read more

Can't comment on the coffee, but the chai latte was really awful. Two of us got it and we both ended up throwing it away. It's basically lightly chai-flavored water. Very bland and also pricey. Stick to Starbucks for chai. Also, none of the staff were wearing masks. Will not be back. read more

Amazing coffee and amazing service. The barista who served me was so sweet and made me feel like she had been my friend for years! Also, I told her I was watching my calories and she made my drink as low calories as she could, using fat free syrups, etc. Also, the drink was AMAZING.
