Worst haircut of my life. Firstly There was a walk in in the chair when I arrived for my scheduled appt. and was made to wait a half hour. I asked for blunt angle down, u shape. See attached for how it turned out. I was left with the top of my ponytail cut off. A t shape. Stylist left to talk to front desk girl during the cut .. then kneeled behind the chair while she cut my hair (I could not see what she was doing). My hair is uneven in the front and she cut 12-18 inches chunks out of the center in the back (also unevenly) when I asked 4 inches to be cut. That is a violation.. and they cared less. They were very unhelpful and unprofessional after the stylist CUT FEET OUT OF MY HEAD WITHOUT MY CONSENT I would have gladly paid triple just to get a decent trim. I've never been treated so horribly by a business before in my life.. I feel robbed. Noemi was terrible. The owner reply is complete bs. Yeah they refunded me only after I sent her an invoice (they didn't offer). This salon wrecked my hair then lied to my face. Very traumatic experience when I was expecting a treat for myself. heads up.. if it happened to me it could happen to another. The lack of compassion they showed to me is really quite shocking. Awful. A nightmare experience. Long haired gals this is the classic scissor happy bs.. take heed. Pay more and get a real professional . TRUST ME. the stylist rambled about locks of love when I was paying bc SHE CUT HALF MY HAIR OFF UNEVEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT I did not agree to donate my hair. If you have long hair think twice cause you may leave this place in tears. read more

Today was my first appointment with Leilani Wallace after "breaking up" with my hair stylist of many years. We had logistical issues that we could not overcome. Replacing him was nerve wracking, even causing me to go two weeks past my cut and color deadline, which was not pretty, LOL. I finally decided to give Leilani a try. My daughter has used her for years and she was the hair and makeup artist for my daughters' beautiful wedding this past February. I was very apprehensive, trusting somebody new for color, hi lights, cut and blow. OMG!!!!!! I wish I had made the change a long time ago. I love, love, love my hair. When I came home my husband, who is very critical of my hair , said he loved it and that I have not had a better color or cut in 15 years. Needless to say, I will be staying with Leilani. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Service was quick and very professional. I went in looking for a change but not really knowing what I wanted. My stylist asked all the right questions and suggested a cut and color that he knew would look best on me and it really does! I was as bit nervous trying a new salon but I'm glad I did. I checked out the website first (every business should have a good website) and I was glad to find prices there to give me an idea of how much they would charge. Thankfully, the prices were reasonable, especially for such good service. All the staff were friendly to eachother, which is a good thing for the salon in general. They help and support eachother knowing that the customer's experiance comes first. read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could!! I've been in search for a new salon open the days that would be compatible with my work so I scheduled an appointment last Sunday. I didn't know that I would be ecstatic about the customer service and my new hair stylist Kari. Kari is a well seasoned, talented, and passionate hair designer who is not afraid to tackle cutting edge hair styles. I showed her a picture and she was so excited for the challenge. She did an amazing job! Everything one loves my hair!!! I have never had so many compliments. She made me so happy that I had to hug her!! I finally found a hair place and stylist to fit my needs. This was my first visit to Split Endz Salon which is located very close to my house. I needed to make a change from my previous salon, so I decided to give this one a try. So happy I did. I used Lilanne for my haircut, and as far back as I can remember, I have never had such a great cut. Her work was fantastic and she asked me for my input the entire time she was cutting my hair. She wanted to make sure I liked the length of my layers. She gave me long layers and updated my hair to a great new look. The people at the salon are friendly, parking is convenient (located in the Publix shoping center). Ask for Lilianne if you want the BEST haircut! You will walk out of this salon thrilled! read more

I had the pleasure of having my keratin treatment done by Drew Colors at Split Endz! Drew cared enough about my hair to inform me of what was needed to keep my hair healthy and strong for a long time. Its not usual you come across hair stylists like Drew! I went out that weekend and got so much compliments on my hair. I was amazed that I hadnt done much at that point but was getting so many great compliments. Thank you Drew for being so awesome. I highly recommend him for a stylist. He is honest, caring , and a nice person. He was excellent and I will continue to use him as my hair stylist. I just left the salon and had an amazing experience getting my hair cut by Molly. She took her time to understand what I wanted and worked wonders to fix my botched haircut from a previous salon. Her attention to detail was incredible and her warmth was comforting, especially after my previous bad experience. The salon itself was welcoming. Everyone there was kind and the hospitality was great! They even offered me a snack and coffee, which was such a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Molly - 10/10! I am so happy with my experience with this salon and my stylist Leilani. Right when I walked in I was greeted and offered water or coffee. This salon is very cute, and didn't have that stuck up salon feel. I felt very comfortable from the second I walked in. Leilani was very professional and I could tell really loves her job. Got my hair done by Drew Colors today and as always, I'm VERY happy with the results. I tend to have dry hair and get bad split ends (no pun intended!) and he always seems to make me feel like I have a new head of hair. I visited this salon a few months ago. The woman who waxed my eyebrows did a wonderful job (quite painless, surprisingly). Debbie cut my chair. She was super sweet and pleasant, but when I got home I realized that my hair was cut unevenly. (I have straight, long hair.) So as long as I walked around with my head tilted a bit to the right, it was fine. Not exactly an idea experience, but considering the price was so cheap, I let it go and had it corrected at a different salon. read more

I have been coming here for a few months now. I am disabled and it is very easy for me to get in and out of. I have never met such a friendly staff with such talent and.care for their clients!! :-) Their prices are great!! They are close to my house and I love my stylist!! He is AWESOME!! Friday was my first visit to the salon and I was thrilled with my beautiful service from Debby. I had a cut and blow out. I walked into the salon for the first time to get my highlights done, and then spur of the moment happened to tell Drew Colors that I hated my hair color. He actually brought me outside to see my hair in natural light and said the color was awesome, but the cut needed work! So I agreed and he gave me an AMAZING cut and blow dry and style!!!!! The owner/operator Debbie , put pride in all the work being done here. The salon is beautiful, They are the most reasonably priced salon in the area and the work is OUTSTANDING! As hairdressing is NOT an exact science, I have seen the occassional time when the clients expectations were not completely met, but the staff is more then happy to work on the client until they achieve complete satisfaction. The staff at split ends are always soooooooo friendly! They are soooooooo accommodating! They treat a customer with asthma and put up a plastic shield around her since she can't wear a mask... I think it's great that they are able to accommodate people with disabilities!! They will get all my business from here on out.... the prices are great and so is the service!! She dyed my hair once before and the color came out exactly how I wanted it. Went to Split Endz today JUST to get my shampoo and was blessed to meet Drew Colors! He was honest enough to tell me my hair color was washing my light skin out and that he would love to have the chance to change it... He was so cool about it, and I agreed. I was going to a salon where I paid a lot of money and came out hating my haircut. I had tried several new ones before I found Split Ends. It's not really close for me but it is worth it to go there. Gabrielle cut my hair exactly as I have asked each time I have been. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted and she nails it every time I go. I have visited this salon twice so far. I was greeted at the front right away and asked if I'd like coffee or water. The first time to the salon I had a Brazilian keratin treatment by Drew colors. I absolutely love how soft and healthy my hair feels. On my second visit I went from blonde to Burnette. I'm very happy with my results and will continue to get my hair done by Drew Colors. read more
