I've had hair extensions for 15+ years due to a medical condition. I've tried everything under the sun and consider myself an educated critic on the subject. Oh my God! I have the best hair extensions that I have ever had with Spoiled Rotten Salon & Spa. They have organic hair that is so soft and not processed as with those packaged hair that you get from other salons. Elmira is so personable, sincere, kind, and knowledgeable with what you need for your hair type. I am so ecstatic about my new hair, I look so beautiful because of her! After receiving hair extensions one week ago and it being a horrible experience and a disastrous outcome, I walked into the most wonderful salon as a red hot mess. I walked out of spoiled salon with a great look and the most positive experience. I first was greeted by Cody who was very attentive to me whether it was water, heating my coffee asking if I needed food. Then I met Ellia the owner for a one on one consultation, she then came up with a plan for me that all came together that same day. Megan and Juanita jumped in and took the hot mess I had going on with three different types of extensions that had been put in at a different salon. The whole staff worked with a positive attitude even though they had their hands full with me. Never once did they get frustrated. They worked until I had beautiful hair. I have been to numerous salons and not one can compare to Spoiled Hair Extensions Salon. each worker that I had an encounter with was extremely friendly and informative, they helped me turn my hair from damaged and horrible to beautiful, I love my hair again because of this place, especially Juannitta, my new hair dresser. I found this fabulous salon on Craigslist! I started going to Ellia for the last three years. She started out of her house when I found her on Craigslist after a bad hair cut. I tried to be cheap and get store hair which didn't work out very well... Ellia suggested organic hair which is so low maintenance. I wash it and go and have had the same hair for the last 3 years. Just remember to keep up with the Maintenance!!! It can last for awhile if you take care of it!!! This is my first hair extension experience and I love my hair! It looks amazing, super natural, and it matched perfectly to my real hair. I had almost two packets of long 22"-24" mixed hair put in using small micro links which were installed very quickly. The girls are very sweet and all of them seem to know what they are doing with hair! It feels like my own, not heavy and really not much shedding. There are different qualities of hair, they can accommodate whatever you are comfortable with, so be sure to ask questions! I'm excited to continue loving this hair!! read more

I can't say enough good things about this salon. If you're looking to get extensions, Ellia is the best. Her and her staff are so knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. And the salon is adorable. I tried the store bought hair first and it didn't work out very well (so many knots) because of my thin blonde hair and being in the ocean all the time.
