Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it." I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

A good business owner addresses mistakes and fixes them. They normally do a great job but they removed the paint from my power window buttons and center console. Then when I looked in the yard, they had thrown all sorts of debris and items from cleaning out my car into my lawn. Which is unacceptable. I requested a $50 refund and told him the whole situation to which I got no response. I've even used this company at least 4x. So I'm shocked to see them ignore this situation. They must have used a power bristle that ripped the paint off my power buttons. I had the car clean to prepare to sell it. Now I have to take less money for the sale or pay to have it fixed. So pretty much it went like this: -Rolled up to his house and quickly noticed how his garage is neatly organized with car cleaning products. There are neatly stacked containers labeled with different products. -He treated a section of my car to show me what my car would look like afterwards -He was upfront in telling me that some spots could not be treated, or some spots would require a lot of work -He offered me different packages, and worked with me to give me something within my price range -If you're close to him, he offers you a ride home so you don't have to wait -When I picked up the car, I was really impressed, and he spent time answering me questions and even sent me links of products so I could maintain my car. Last thing: when I asked him questions just to make sure he was legit, he gave me really thoughtful answers and was very knowledgeable. I loved my car and the color but I was never satisfied with the shine I could get from the car. The previous owner used it as a daily driver and it had 70k miles on it and you could tell. I discovered Premier Detailing and its one of the best hidden business's I've found. When I first met with Jonathan he was very eager to get his hands on my car to show me what he could do with it. I expected the car to look good, but honestly with 70k miles on it I wasn't expecting the miracles that the owner was implying. I figured he was an eager owner/salesmen doing his job to get a customer in the door. I received the call that the car was done and I could tell he was excited by how many times he used the word amazing. I asked if he could send me a teaser pic but he said it wouldn't do it justice. I was starting to get amped up on my way to the car but calmed myself down by saying the car had 70k miles on it, what could he really do with it.
