Like an idiot I paid just about 4000 for this plan I did the diet that consist of about 500 calories a day plus' the res light therapy WHAT A JOKE. My problem was not whether or not this program worked - my problem is that when I was unable to continue the program due to legitimate health concerns; the way my body responded to the drops, the muscle fatigue, etc. (and after trying two separate times to make sure that's what the problem was) I am stuck with a bill that is over TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a box of drops that are worthless to me. I did lose weight but I have severe hair loss 6mo later. My dermatologist says she unfortunately sees this all the time from Spokane Weight loss clients. I am so depressed about the hair loss. Was sold something that was not possible to use. Watch out for their sales approach as they over commit what is possible. Then their own counselors can't help make this work and Sherry offers to help after refusing to return a call for over a month. I can't trust someone who is so misleading .I was told i could travel 10 days at a time each month for the next three years and it would be possible to do. Even the hospital and their housing would not agree to support this rigid diet much less how to you take scales, drops and all the equipment you need for such travel. While they said it could be done, I experienced first had it could not be done. Read their book before you agree to buy. That is the best advice I can offer you. Their call center is extremely misinformed. The appointment is free.....well, we all know there's no such thing. You'll talk to a health coach, not a doctor, and guess what? It can be done over the phone, which the call center is unaware of. I took half a day off and almost drove to Spokane for no reason. They try to sell you a diet program and their proprietary nutraceuticals. Totally not what I wanted, and I was specific about what I needed (intermittent fasting protocol), which they don't do. I think I was hoping for an easy, no brain instant weight loss program. Overall this no brainer weight loss program but you will need a great deal of will power. There are 3 steps that you will have to complete to try and reach maximum weight loss. Phase 1 is considered the Loading phase and is for 2 days where you can eat anything and everything. Men are 5000 calories and women are 4000 calories and taking 1 liquid supplement. Phase 2 is the reduction phase and is day 3-43 only eating Lunch and dinner. Each meal is 4oz. of protein and 4oz. of vegetables. All food has to be on the list that is given to you at the beginning. You are able to each as much of the free vegetables as you want also on a list. You may also eat 4oz. of berries per day. You also use supplements, 7 drops of blue,7 of the pink, and 2 other drops of vitamins. Phase 3 is almost the same except you are able to eat 6-8oz. of protein for Breakfast, lunch 4-8oz. of protein and 4oz. of vegetables, and dinner is the same. All of this is followed by supplements. Sounds easy, right? I thought so but I also raise 3 children by myself and I have to feed them so making meals for the kids is no easy task.
