The staff is very helpful and were able to a assist me promptly. They inspected it before getting my information to make sure that was all that was needed. Since they were a little booked up, it was done in a few days. I received a text message and an email with an invoice when it was ready for pick up. They are not open on Mondays, but I was able to pick up after work on Tuesday. It's nice that they're open later in the evening than the other shops. I highly recommend this shop for repair and they have a nice selection of bikes available to purchase including electric bikes & accessories.

I had an issue with my bike when I took it to get serviced from them and it turned out to be an honest mistake from the get go, however Ryne the manager personally reached out to me right away and not only took responsibility but went out of his way to fix the issue. I have never been more impressed with a leader and his team like they have at this location. From the quality and quantity of knowledge about biking to there genuine desire to treat me well. We brought our own beer and wine in a cooler to enjoy during our ride. Each person sat on a bike seat, and we pedaled to power the bar. Our driver steered the bar all around Bricktown, kept us safe, and encouraged us to play fun drinking games. She kept our trip flexible with options to stop at 1-4 bars during our 2-hour trip. We opted for two stops and enjoyed pedaling around town listening to music and drinking on the bike bar. I would recommend booking this for an office event or a fun night out with friends! NYC launched their bike share program one year after DTOKC Inc and OKC launched Spokies. 2) Spokies members get the first 30 minutes free. Anyone can be a member and there are daily, monthly and annual memberships available. 3) The bikes are made in America at a factory where they have been made since 1898. How cool is that? 4) No security deposit required, just a valid credit card. 5) There are kiosks all over Downtown, Bricktown, Midtown and Automobile Alley. You can return a bike to any kiosk. If you're going to be somewhere for a while, you can leave your bike at a kiosk and not be charged, just grab a new one when you need it. Finally, he combination of Spokies and Uber mean you really may never need a car again! Viva la Spokies!
