We use the car wash pretty regularly, however I feel like it doesn't clean the truck all that well. Smaller car maybe but not a Ford F-150. It's convenient and for the price it's good especially during the winter months. I also use the dog wash area for my shepherd mix. Also convenient with a lot of options but a bit too pricy considering I have a large dog that needs more than 10min to rinse, soap up, and rinse the soap off for $10 when petsmart charges $30 for full bath and brush. read more

I have to update my review... the manager contacted me and not only gave me a free car wash for my inconvenience but we had a conversation about the things I was experiencing and told me to come back around and check my truck and tell the staff if there was anything that didn't meet my expectations. This time it worked wonderfully, the tailgate was clean and everything. The tires were not shiny the way I would like them but he explained why that happened end which I will not get into on here. Went to this car wash to get my car washed. Drove to the computer box to pay and I got the 3 for 1 special on Black Friday. Machine did not spit out my receipt nor my coupons for the 2 washes upcoming. I pulled forward and told attendant that printer was jammed or something to that effect. He stated that he would take my name and number and call me when they could find the key to unlock the printer board and get out my coupons for the upcoming 2 washes. Owner (with British accent) calls and says "Come in and pickup coupons now, we fixed the machine." I replied, "How about you give me a free car wash for having to make a repeat trip to your place and use my gas." To which he replied, "You have to come back anyway." I said to him, "I wasn't planning on coming back today." So in essence, no free $5.00 car wash for having to come back the same day when my car had been washed already that day. I repeated myself and he stood pat that I wasn't going to get a free car wash for my troubles. Well I guess this is the standard treatment in Great Britain but we are here in Janesville, WI in the United States. Customer service does mean something and I hope this guy realizes it soon. Update: After I posted this review, I had someone respond back to me asking if I was "Entitled Much? Obviously the respondent was the owner. For asking for a free carwash, which costs them next to nothing, after their machinery breaks down and I am forced to come back and pick up what I supposed to get initially? What a ass clown. Look at the other reviews on here. They are riddled with tales of poor customer service. Just remember, one person tells another person and then you have a crap reputation in this town. read more

I am a big fan of Sponge Spa for the Dog Wash. It is really nice to have the dog be at my level and not hunch over the tub at home. No more fur all over the bathroom either! It is easy to do, reasonably priced, and I have two shiny happy good-smelling puppers! read more

Not the best car wash in the world, but they're convenient for me, so I go there rather often. I've had a couple of washes that they must've been low on solution or something, my car didn't come completely clean, and I attempted to communicate my displeasure, but never got return communication. Usually though, I'm satisfied with the wash. read more

Fast and convenient like another reviewer has stated. I have a Chevy Tahoe and it doesn't get the wheels or the back end very clean. Customer service is lacking here as well. I wanted to sign up for the monthly car wash and the side door was locked, as I went to the door the attendant looked at me and went into the car wash with out acknowledging me. I asked him about the monthly service when I went into the car wash and he told me I should of went in the other side door. There are no signs saying where to go. I sent them an email telling them of my disappointment asking if I could be reimbursed for my car wash when I signed up for the monthly wash and have yet to hear back from them. read more

SCAM ALERT!!! Just came Auto Spa Express. I usually get the $5. car wash. New menu has the button "wash options" Don't push that unless you want to buy 3 $12 car washes that expire in 30 days. I got charged $35 for my $5. car wash. I couldn't stop to complain because of cars waiting behind me. I will be back to get some kind of refund. BTW, there is a small type written note that you wouldn't read that tells you what happens when you push "Wash Options". Not something that I noticed till I saw my receipt. NEGATIVE STARS HERE ALSO.... My husband took our Mini Van to this car wash at the five points and the attendant soaped up the window and he entered and when the blower turned on he heard a loud bang and when came out the rear tail light above back window was busted and the deer whistlers were also broke. He had the attendant come over and look at it and the he helped duct tape the light back in and told my husband to call manager. I called manager and was told that the car wash could not have done the damage even though the attendant saw there was no damage when my husband entered car wash. Then he said the the screws that hold the light in must have been loose, well the screws were still intact and light busted in half. He said there wasn't much he could do maybe give us $20.00 to fix light I told him I would let my husband know and he would call back. My husband called back several times and never received a return call. I ALSO SPOKE TO THIS MANAGER NAMED CHRIS AND NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACK.. WE HAVE NEVER RETURNED TO THIS CAR WASH OR WILL GO TO ANY OTHER SPONGE SPAS AND WOULD NOT ADVISE OUR FRIENDS TO GO THERE EITHER... WHAT A JOKE! read more

AVOID THIS CAR WASH IF YOU HAVE LOW PROFILE TIRES!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I took my car through this car wash and realized as I was entering they have the 80s wheel rail technology. I got through and found that the plastic rails have scratched and left a mark all the way around my driver's side rims. I went to talk to someone at the car wash and got to talk to "Chris". "Chris" told me that there is no way it was their car wash that did the mark, even though it clearly was not on the other side of the car's rims that did not go through that wheel rail. I have to suggest that people do not go here if you have a rim larger than 16inches, which is almost every car now. Especially if you have low profile tires, I am still trying to remove the marks left on my rims at my own expense, and am filing a BBB report about my experience.
