It's convenient and for the price it's good especially during the winter months. I also use the dog wash area for my shepherd mix. Also convenient with a lot of options but a bit too pricy considering I have a large dog that needs more than 10min to rinse, soap up, and rinse the soap off for $10 when petsmart charges $30 for full bath and brush.

After going to numerous stations trying to find a useful vacuum it was irritating to see the "attendants" stand at the car wash entrance on their phones. Waste of time and money! Keep driving and try a different one because even though this location is new they don't seem to be keeping up their equipment.
