It's 2021 and I must say I should have completed an update sooner: Stick with Rocky's. I'm paying for trying two (2) other guys trying to be thrifty and help us all.... I've paid for it dearly. Rocky gets the job done. Nothing is left untouched, without regard. True consummate professional. No left behind hair, stains, water. Floor mats placed back where they originated behind. Nothing hanging out of socket place. No streaks. No water stains. He'll place everything into a bag for you to decide what's trash and what's necessary. I'll repeat: FOR YOU TO DECIDE. I've never found debris, trash nor streaks after he's completed the coupe, sedan, Jeep neither 4x4 truck. My word if you've never cared to follow a Yelp review... Did an "OK" Job, my Sierra truck is my family car (low mileage commuter). I was charged more due to the 5 seat cabin. The insides were left more fair than great. I keep my vehicle in great shape and wanted the cup holders, door pockets, vents, ... (the stuff the collects over time) cleaned. They seemed to have rushed the job to get done rather than take the time to do it well. Might be perfect for small vehicles that are super clean when you go in, but if you have a daily commuter and want it "like new" (and needs a bit of attention in the corners) every year, you should consider options or plan for inspection time.... read more

Great service!! I had to bring in my work truck to get it detailed and at the same time I brought my boyfriends truck as well. My truck took longer then normal but when I was picking it up, they explained to me they had to rub some spots out of the paint and that was why it was taking so long, so I understood then at that point. They went well beyond compared to normal detail shops that I highly recommend the location. The guys working here seems like hard working honest guys that it also makes me feel good that I am supporting a local business owned by great people. read more

I wish I had taken pictures of how disgusting my car was before I took it in to this shop. My husbands car, a white honda civic, was just horrible. We're trying to sell it, and I just couldn't believe I had to drop this off to Rocky's (felt sorry for the guys that had to work on it) But, can I just say, WOW. They did an impressive job! IT looks amazing. Brand new! It will make such a difference in our selling price. And they even had some extra white touch up paint and just went over a few spots on the exterior, just to be nice. I've already told four people to go there. I am surprised that I've never heard of htis place. I'm also annoyed that Octopus has so many people in line there---what a waste of money to go there, when you have such great small businesses like Rocky's to support. They are VERY reasonably priced and I will be bringing my other 2 cars here every six months. They are convenient too---i dropped off keys and car hte night before and will pick it up later this eve when my hubby can take me. Amazing work! Needed the interior done in my 2013 GMC Terrain Denali. Beautiful black interior. Everything but the ceiling is black. You would think it's a nightmare for a detailer. Nope! I've taken both my car (2011 Subaru Impreza) and my girlfriends car (2008 Toyota Prius) here in the past two weeks and I am still amazed at how great of a job Rocky's did! Both cars had their fair share of scrapes and dings on the outside and dirty upholstery on the inside. Both cars came back looking good as new! Seriously, it was almost like driving two brand new cars. We detailed the Prius in preparation for selling it on craigslist, and I have to say that the work they did had to have gotten us $500-700 extra in the end. Great interior work. I've had two leased vehicles cleaned by them so that they were ready to be turned back in at the end of my lease. They do great work in a timely manner and are very kind and friendly. They recently took my Passat with red wax stuck to the back seat, dirty cup holders, and cat hair everywhere and made it look new again, and even went out of their way to do things I didn't ask them to such as take the vinyl stickers off. Well I had lot of expectations from this place, specially after reading the reviews here. But, the experience didn't turn out to be good at all. I was expecting a much better service for the price I paid. I went for the interior detailing of my car with the extra service of odor removal for which they charge $50 more in addition to $150 for interior detailing. My car was pretty clean and had little bit of stains, pet hair and minor pet smell. I left the car for one day and next day when I went to pick up the car, it looked like they have just done normal interior wash, nothing more than that. Even the pet hair was still visible at many places. Snell was still there. After, I pointed out to the guy that nothing much has been done, he started apologizing and started cleaning again there only. They again took 15 minutes and tried to clean the car. But, it really was not helping. They were just trying to show me that they were trying to clean the stuff. I finally decided to pay the money and took my car because there was no point in wasting time. Really a bad experience. read more

We just booked our 2 vehicles in to Rockys for the 10th straight year. I felt it was time to share with everyone how happy my husband Rick and I have been. We get our Accord and Civic fully cleaned there every year and they always look like when we got them new. We take pretty good care of them, so it shows that we're still usually impressed, and at a great price. We also liked the West side location as was a little more convenient. But for a 8-9 minute drive for us its well worth it. There new location is very nice, last year I had to wait and got work done in the lobby with the provided wifi and grabbed lunch right next door at a restaurant. Sooo looking forward to getting it done the end of next month. The kids made a mess of the car taking a family road trip last week. On a personal sappy note, last spring when I was there too the owner and I talked about a bowling trophy they had in the lobby. He said it was from a recent charity bowling tournament they participate in/donate to every year. Its for terminally Ill children. Great guys who do great things. Way to go! read more

The got me in right away. Did a great job dealing with a ton of dog hair. Missed a few spots of dirty away from the dog hair mess. But over all it was a good job. Staff was nice. After reading some positive reviews on Yelp, I thought I would try out Rocky's on my VW Golf. It need some sprucing up, buffing out some scratches and polishing the headlights. They did a really great job, paying a lot of attention to detail. I dropped the car off the night before, and they called me in the early afternoon to tell me it was all set. I had to get a ride back to the garage a bit later in the day, and the guy said he'd be around after closing for a little while in case I had any questions. I was really pleased with the job they did. Super clean, buffed out all the scratched bits I couldn't get out myself. The headlights were too pitted to buff out with a standard polishing, but they looked better than before and they didn't charge me extra for the time they put in on it. They also tried to keep my car inside most of the day while it rained so I could see it clean and sparkly when I arrived. Stellar work, and I appreciated the great communication about time frame and expectations. The total bill was also a lot less than I was expecting. I will certainly be back! read more

I recently needed an emergency interior detailing (my dog did a number to the back of my car earlier that morning) and not only did they find time to squeeze me in that day, they did an amazing job! My car looks better than when I first purchased it from the dealership. The stains I was told could not come out when I bought the car have been magically removed by Rocky's. Took my car here over a year ago and again, recently, just prior to selling it. First time I just needed the interior cleaned so I requested the interior detailing and they did an amazing job- they were able to remove all traces that my dog was usually my co-pilot and the interior was spotless. Owner, is a very nice guy. Easy to talk with and open to feedback and suggestions. I actually called a couple of different places to get estimates and Rocky not only had the best price, but was the easiest to deal with. Called a couple of places and the employees didn't care to really help. Just talked about pricing and didn't really want to hear what the customer's needs were. I had a very particular case because I bought a car that had been smoked in and it was causing my wife asthma and I needed someone to take the cleaning and odor removal very seriously and get the job done as best as possible. I've got to say that they did a great job of cleaning the car and getting rid of the smell and they also offered me different treatment options in case one did not work as well.
