Since I was concerned about limited menu, those fears were allayed when the Waiter takes your order - he lets you know about the four or five other ones that are not on the menu that are all sounding great So we picked 'chef special' (they pick for you) and a white pizza. The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. They nailed the crust as well as all the ingredients. Really delicious. The toilet facilities definitely need a lot of help. That was my only real comment about the atmosphere. It's very basic, you sit at basic tables. They seemed to all be helpful

The chef's surprise was a salami and burrata pizza, and it was top notch. We also had the Delicata Bianca, which was beautifully balanced. They even went above and beyond to do a half and half pizza for each of us! (See pics) Some of the Italian craft beers surprised us, and we also got a few liqueur shots on the house! Nikola/Nichola was absolutely fantastic: super attentive, friendly, and radiated joy. I also found out he was a fellow Sri Lankan, and we had a good laugh about it. The folks sitting next to us were also super friendly, so we had a great time all around. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Milan :)

Not sure why our other party got Salmon at an Italian restaurant in Italy but to each his own. If you want a glass of wine you only have two choices, white wine and red wine. No other available. This is probably because the restaurant doesn't carry large inventories of wine due to their small size and cost. Overall no way is this above an average restaurant. It's just okay. Heat up your lasagna better, teach your chef how to cook Salmon and expand your glasses of wine selections.

Crust was great, but limited toppings with poor flavor. The margarita pizza, a classic, was basically all sauce (that tasted like tomato paste from a can) and one leaf of basil. The drinks had far too much syrup and tasted like Jolley ranchers. Maybe there have been so many good reviews that they have become lazy? Or maybe we hit them on a bad day?
