Since I only ordered 2 larges out of 15 shirts in the order, I called Gary back to request that he reprint those shirts in a different size, since the shirts were unwearable. Without hesitation, he rudely told me he will not do anything about the shirts. He told me he can not, and will not, make all of his customers happy and I have to deal with it. I told him that this product shouldnt even be sold since the fit is so terrible. He replied by telling me he doesnt sell these shirts to anyone else. Truing a bike wheel isn't the easiest job to do without the proper tools (i.e. truing stand). Without stating any names, several shops in the area quoted various prices (usually high) and turnaround times of a week or more. Called Tulip for a quote and completion time to tru my rear 700c wheel. Of the bike shops called, Tulip quoted the most reasonable price and quick turnaround time. Some may think the quick turnaround and price are signs that business is slow. I believe that a fast turnaround is a sign of good service and the shop knows what they're doing. Furthermore, my rear wheel was on the truing stand and spun to show it was properly trued. As for Ed (the owner), he's a cyclist, knows his stuff and open to questions. I'm a DIY bike builder/restorer but far from a professional bike mechanic. Glad there is a pro shop nearby to do specialized repairs for my bikes.

The process was very straightforward- there were large…read morebins in the parking lot located at the back of the business and I was told to put the bags in there- I was told there was also a truck in the back but I didn't see one specifically marked Salvation Army or Donations so I used the bins- the drawer openings are heavy , land the bags must be lifted up to be placed in the drawers, which are high for a shorter person like me but it was manageable and I was glad to be able to donate to others.

Additionally, if you don't know the cashier, or, if you do...the check out process can either be great, or a nightmare. Friend of the cashier? No problemo! Doesn't matter if the line is out the door, come up to the front and skip everyone. Got your friend with you that wants to skip the line too? Bring 'em down. Long story short. Nice place. Staff need to understand simple etiquette for running a business. If a customer skips the line, call them out. And...MOST IMPORTANTLY, don't let "your people" skip everyone, especially when you see a long line filled with elderly people. Get it together folks. It's 2025!
