When I pointed out that it was 7x longer than his quote he said "so we won't do it then" and hung up on When I went to pick up my work that still wasn't done the manager screamed at me and had to be asked multiple times to lower his voice. When I collected my property and told I wasn't interested in doing business with him he screamed "That's right I defend my guys. Don't worry I know your name, I know your name, I KNOW YOUR NAME!" He repeated this in a vaguely threatening manner as I left the store. Don't go here. Not just rude but outright hostile. Unprofessional. Can't keep to their obligations or even apologize let alone inform you if work will be delayed. I would give a lower rating if I could.

The lady in the store was very nice and extremely helpful. I went myself to pick up the coat and bought a size small. Unfortunately it was too small and my daughter had to go back to get a medium. The lady was very nice and exchanged it with no issues at all. Great customer service and one of the only uniform stores around that actually carry lab coats. LOL I knew I'd have a better experience than my daughter recently had Dick's Sporting Goods with low inventory of tennis racquets and nonexistent staff (not even considering their level of knowledge). I visited Topspin yesterday (Saturday) afternoon and met Bill Levin (owner) who was friendly and knowledgeable about tennis racquets. He asked me a few questions about my daughter to estimate the proper grip size. He suggested a few entry level full graphite racquets (prestrung) and told me that if I purchased one (before removing the tags and use) I should take a picture of my daughter's grip on the racquet and send it to his personal mobile phone to review. If it's not the proper size grip I could bring the racquet in and exchange. I purchased the Babolat 2020 Boost A W Prestrung Tennis Racquet in Black, Pink and White color. I took the picture of my daughter gripping the tennis racquet and Bill promptly responded with, "Perfect," so I felt comfortable with the sizing. Even though we rented the court prior to the appointment. He called us disrespectful for asking him to get off of OUR reserved court. Keep in note he was a grown man trying to start beef with a 14 year old boy. I don't know how to react to this but I was very uncomfortable in this situation because of all the yelling and screaming he was doing to me. He was a grown man trying to prove his point of us being disrespectful even though he was the one yelling. Thank you for understanding and I hope none of this happens to any of you guys reading this. I just wanted to make my point clear that to that guy who yelled at me and my friend today that he was overreacting and that he should never do that to such a young kid ever again. We simply asked him to get off the court but said that it was his court even though we rented prior. He went on to say I'm going to talk to your mother and started cursing us out. The manager even had to get involved. Think about it how could you do such things to a teenager? They grown men talking so much about the court, even though it wasn't his cause we rented the court prior. This guy is as a shame to Indian culture and I hope that none of the Indian guys grow up to be like this guy. If only they went up to the front desk to ask if that court was theirs, this incident wouldn't have happened. I am very emotionally and physically hurt due to this old Indian man.
