My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

When I got it back, it smelled horrible, like mildew and sweat! QuickEase got the smell out and cleaned it up, shampooing the seats and fully detailing the interior. Whatever air freshener they used lasted about a year in my car and I got a ton of compliments from people. I scheduled again a year later after a camping trip. The tech was different and he did just an ok job. Still a very nice guy. I hadn't used QuickEase for a year or two after that, but a few days ago, I scheduled another appointment because a lot of personal things got in the way of my car getting the attention it needed. They sent an absolutely amazing tech named Scott who cleaned my car so well, I was floored when I saw it. He got out stains the other guy missed, cleaned up some huge smudges on my window column caused by a windshield repair tech, and paid such close attention to the detail in his work. I couldn't believe how great my car looked! He was incredibly nice and professional. Truly amazed by his work. So 2/3 times I've used this company, they've gone above and beyond. I'll definitely call them again when I need the service. Love that they come to your home and they make it so easy to schedule online without a phone call. These guys are great and I chalk up the second experience as just a one off.

I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should…read morehave been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.
