I cannot say enough great things about Sport Social! As a mom to a child on the Autism spectrum, the large number of therapy and services recommended from the start of our journey years ago was overwhelming. My kiddo has had ABA therapy at multiple places, which worked out for a while, but then therapists kept quitting and back on the waitlist we go. It turned into a never-ending cycle and I was worried my child would be grown-up before we found another place. My son has been having ABA services at Sport Social for years now, and out of all the therapy he has had, they have made the most difference for my child. You see, they use sports, art, music, scooters, rock-climbing, games, social skills and more activities kiddos enjoy from the start. ABA principles are used in a fun and engaging atmosphere that goes beyond traditional therapy. Skills like resilience, regulation, and focus are used in a large facility with a basketball court, rock-wall, bounce house, music room, skatepark and more. They also focus on frindships and happiness which is also important. Thank you to Andrew for having such an amazing place, with the coolest people, where everyone feels included. It's so nice to meet other parents that are going through the same things too. We brought our children here as part of a special needs event. They had such a great time at this kids' play and sports center! It was the perfect place for children to run around, play, and burn off some energy in a safe and fun environment. There were so many different activities to choose from--climbing, jumping, sports, and more--something for every interest and age group. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to keep kids engaged and moving. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a very welcoming, upbeat vibe. Our family was deeply hurt by what happened at Sport Social. My 6-year-old daughter loved it there, but she was suddenly dropped from services after I advocated for her. We didn't break any rules. I simply asked for clarification on a confusing scheduling process. For that, I was labeled "too difficult," and the owner told me she could only return if her father--not me--handled enrollment. He claimed he had to stand behind his team. This decision came at the expense of my daughter. This is not what inclusion looks like. It's discriminatory to base a child's access to therapy on which parent advocates. My daughter still asks why she can't go back, and it breaks my heart to tell her the truth--that it wasn't about her, but because her mother spoke up for her. We were paying cash while the business pursued insurance credentialing. I believe this came down to money, not what was best for Nova. Families on Medicaid or paying privately should be treated with the same respect as commercial clients. Sport Social presents itself as valuing inclusion. If that's true, I urge them to reflect on this situation, acknowledge the harm caused, and do the right thing. My daughter deserves continuity of care and both of her parents deserve to be treated equally in her services. read more

Amazing! This place is truly a blessing to Las Vegas. Whether your child is neurodivergent or not this place is SO fun. My son came here for summer camp. And we'll be returning in the school year for some art classes and music classes. There is SO much to do here, never ever a boring moment! The positive reinforcement has been amazing for him, they have helped build his confidence in such a short amount of time. I want to give a shout out to Gradey, who my son took a liking to right away! He was already friends with Grady by the end of our tour! He was trusting him to help ride a bike without training wheels it was kind'a amazing to see him gain his trust so fast. My first visit here. I have never seen anything like this anywhere in Las Vegas. I believe each counselor is a certified RBT or about to be. From what I observed, every person here seems very genuine and compassionate. I've lived in Vegas for about 18 years and my kid is turning 6. This is the first place where I felt a sense of real community. Everyone has the same level of attention and care wether or not they are directly involved in your child's program. We love sport social. After an eval my daughter was placed in a 6 on 1 group and they gave her a free class to make sure she meshed well with the other kids in the group. Ms Zoey uses a positive reward system to get her to try things I NEVER thought she'd try. We are very thankful for sport social. I discovered this place after being invited to a kiddie's birthday party by one of my long time friends. I didn't know anything about this place until we arrived. Basically, it's a large warehouse that has a mini basketball court, an obstacle course for skaters and bikers, a long rope to swing on, and an xbox/playstation area complete with couches and huge bean bags. When you arrive, you must check in with the greeter and fill up waivers for everybody in your party to sign. Its for insurance purposes and you are liable for your own actions. Then off you go to the warehouse! They have tables to put food on and other tables with chairs to sit down and eat at. They have a fridge/freezer where you can put all your cold and frozen items in. The only negative I see is that this place does not look like it has a heater to keep the place warm. I went on a Saturday in January and it was a brisk 60 degree day outside which made it pretty cool inside. Im hoping they at least have an AC unit for those summer months that have triple digit temps. As for the prices, I forgot to ask. Im assuming it depends on the size of your party and for how long you want the place. I guess give them a call for more info. My son has go since March. He has bad dexterity which made it hard to balance. He really wanted to learn to ride bike. So they started him on scooter to get balance right. The person I spoke to on the phone was not able to answer my simple questions about the programs offered. She was trying to get us to come for an evaluation but was not able to explain the process used for the evaluation. My questions went unanswered. When I asked if there was someone else I can talk to who can answer my questions, I was told no. She also told me that we need to come in because they can't take what the parents say as truth, they need to see it for themselves (referring to when I said my kid knows how to ride a bike already). Very unimpressed with the lack of knowledge and disrespectful comments made by the woman answering the phone. I think the person answering the phone needs to take some of the social skills classes offered. Hard pass and will not be recommending this company to anyone. read more

Sports Social is great experience for kids on the spectrum, they offer a few programs and events for Parents and kids. Feat of NV is located in the same building along with another OT business. Sports Social offers music lessons, Art classes, Social Groups and One and One Lessons. The instructors have a lot of patience and provide a lil ABA technique for the kids. The inside is big and it has a couple of skate board rings, that the kids can learn to do tricks on there skateboard or bike. They have a basketball where they can show the kids he basics or have them participate in a group session. They have a jungle Gym set up where he kids can interact with the equipment and offer a play sessions, They also have this awesome bounce house that they air up for the kids as a reward for doing a good job Overall sport social is a great place for kids on the spectrum, they only problem is it's pricey and it's only one day out of the week for an hour I didn't take much pictures because I didn't want to post anything that other parents would get upset So it's definitely worth checking out, they offer free tour and a free day to see if sport social would be a great fit *Another key point for this service is they take the time to teach your kid the basics if you can't show them- example: they actually teach kids to ride bikes with training wheels and without! read more

This place is the best! The staff is great with children with Autism & typical children . They are patient, fun,understanding and dedicated. Both of my boys learned to ride bikes here , with the Owner Andrew & Justin . They both also learned some cool tricks on their scooters & how to ride the half pipe on a skateboard. Sports social was such an amazing place to visit and witness! The staff here are compassionate and extremely effective with the children! This business focused on creating an environment that is fun but still follows behavioral guidelines for those with autism. Services offered here include one on one sessions. Kids can even be taught how to ride skateboards as part of their sessions. One on one sessions are one hour in length. Groups sessions take place as well. These sessions are one hour and a half in length. Autistic and typically developing peers partake in the activities for the group sessions. Following there sessions, the children get tickets in which they can use or save to return for prizes! Some prizes I saw included skateboard, scooters, and even a princess doll for the girls! Cartoons were playing on the waiting area. Chalkboard walls, art, and skateboards were the main decor here ! Super fun ! read more

My boy is autistic and this is the most incredible multifunctional rec center we've ever seen. They use games and sports and small groups to help these kids develop confidence and social skills that are seriously life changing. We just started here and in the first two weeks we've seen such a great difference and my son is so excited to come. They are the kind of people in my opinion that are very untrustworthy they seem good until you ask questions so you can better help your child Yes they have there methods but they don't realize everyone child is different and learns different too. They are suppose help children with disabilities but they damage them more. I was always asked by the owner and my counselor how things are going and if things are good I was very nice and only said something when they was a true issue but when I spoke I got rude remarks and denial .The owner and staff would say this is they way we do things and you are going to have to deal with it As well they said because of me my child would never get better they are suppose help not hurt the kids As well the best way they could help is to listen to the parents especially if there is truth to it and work together to help their kids That is what the problem is with this place if you go along with them everything is good even if it dose not benefit the children at all.It is such a shame this goes on and it seems nobody body cares. So with very little notice or warning they banned my child from going there and lied about the reason too Also it sad because my daughter loved this place and for no reason at all but trying to work together to help my child. My grandson has been going to SPORT SOCIAL for over a year now. He has learned to skateboard and ride the scooter. More important that the sport skills are the social skills that he has learned. Andrew and his staff treat the special needs children with love and respect. My grandson has learned so much and we see the skills such as greeting people, using words to get what they want, asking if someone is ok after a fall, and giving friends hi fives when they do a good job carry over to his every day life. sport social is a unique place. i weighed the cost vs what little I knew of sports social. i was not sold. then at a Autism event, the family went to their booth. Our son got five minutes on the skate board. Sports Social offered a 20% off the first month. Short story is that they work hard with all the kids. My son does skate boarding, scooter, and bike while doing ABA as well as OT. $217 for four classes a month is now a steal to me. Keep in mind I am a person on a tight budget which has to weigh every spending option wisely. read more

We had my 4 year old grandson's birthday party here yesterday and it was a blast!! The kids had so much fun! They used the bike ramps, the inflatable jump house, and the court.
