Pulled my son out of this preschool and I would NOT recommend it. First off, the attitude from the front desk and director changed immediately after I enrolled. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional from the start, but I tried to give it a chance. What I can't ignore is how they handled incidents with my child. I was asked to sign an incident report about my son hitting his lip a WEEK after it supposedly happened. Then this past Monday, another child BIT my son hard enough to leave a mark on his shoulder--and I wasn't told until Wednesday. No call the day it happened, no heads up--just delayed paperwork like it's no big deal. That is NOT okay. If something happens to my child, I expect to be told immediately. The fact that they didn't communicate that in real time is a huge red flag. Then they want to be strict about their policies when it benefits them. They called me to pick my son up at 9:30am saying he threw up, but gave me ZERO clear instructions about a 24-hour policy. The very next morning (Friday), I bring him in completely fine, he had absolutely no symptoms and had not thrown up at all since I picked him up the previous morning, and suddenly I'm being turned away at the door with attitude about "24 hours symptom free." Don't pick and choose when to follow policy. On top of that, my son has barely even been able to attend because he's been sick constantly since starting--including the flu and hand, foot, and mouth--and they still expect full payment AND a two-week notice after everything that's happened. Absolutely not. The lack of communication, delayed incident reporting, and rude front office staff made this an easy decision for me. Do better. Side note: the actual teachers in the classrooms have been great. This review is strictly about management and front desk staff, because that's where the issues are. read more

Some moms wanted to keep this anonymous to prevent issues towards children who have been attending this school for years and have years left, but the director seems two faced and rude (manners anyone?). Parents have talked about it during drop offs and pick ups the only reason they're staying are for the teachers. The director seems to have different personalities during tours and after children start attending. And what's up with all the screen time? Is that a thing? I'm sooooooooo glad my kid is attending Kinder soon, we're just gonna keep quiet and wait it out. But we hope she changes her personality for future parents and children who plan to attend here. read more

This TLE is situated in an ideal location, has flexible pickup and dropoff times, and has friendly staff - however, by no fault of the staff, the classrooms felt small and the layout felt tight. I guess we're in the camp that believes that kids need room to play and release energy. Add in the bright corporate branding and colors splashed on the walls with crazy fluorescent lighting (which seem to be kept on during naptime?) with a limited outdoor and indoor playground, and frequent use of the big screen for programming, it was no wonder our kid came home overstimulated and dysregulated. Our child also seemed to be super stressed from the exasperation and the lack of authority the teachers often displayed, especially when some students would act out and throw or hit. It bothered me that LO would actually say the teacher lost control of the class and no one was listening to her. After switching to a calmer, more structured, more traditional school, we can see what a difference the program makes. TLE was a temporary cost-effective and time-efficient solution for us, and was super helpful as we got adjusted, and while many lessons were learned, we needed something else for our child. I have taken my daughter here for care since April and the director has always been accommodating to schedules and requests. It was a little rough at first because my daughter had issues with change, but it currently is going well and she usually comes home happy. I like that you have an app where you can see the activities and food she eats during the day. The only thing I wish is that parents have communication with the teacher. Due to CoVid, they have had increased health measures, but even if they scheduled a zoom parent conference call once a month to establish a teacher parent relationship, that would be great. read more

My son attended here for about a month and half and we decided to change school. Most of the staffs were nice but the director sometimes speaks rudely to her staffs in front of parents. Nothing too crazy but not too professional either. Some of the biggest reason why we changed school is cause of lack of communication via the app and my son did not enjoy going there. Also, his belongings always comes home very dirty and the sleeping mat gets extremely filthy from school. The director's attitude seemed to change a lot once we joined as well. At enrollment she was nice but then showed lack of patience whenever we tried to communicate with her. So we switched to Goddard on rainbow/blue diamond and my son actually enjoys going to class now. Love that this location is so close & convenient! I really like that they post literally everything on their app so parents can keep track of their kiddos progress throughout the day! Seeing how active my child is on a daily basis with her peers & in her classroom - with the photos that are shared - always brings a smile & makes my heart happy! The only complaint would be that the time in/out is off by half an hour & you don't always get a reply in the "chat" section. Overall, she loves it & we love it for her! We were considering this place but it seems alarming when they never return calls or respond to emails. We had a tour and everything seemed fine. Of course, as first time parents, we didn't know what to expect or think of right away. They said they'd send us the schedule via email. We waited for a few days, but nothing. I called them, (They never picked up by the way), and left a message. They didn't respond. It was a little concerning, as I was worried, what if I put my baby here and need to contact someone regarding my son, but I can't get in touch with anyone. After 24 hours, I called back at exactly 8, luckily, someone picked up the phone. Ok - maybe they didn't respond because my son is not there, so they might put my questions low priority. I'm fine with that. However, I emailed them with a few more questions. 3 days passed - no response. Followed up via email, 2 days later - no response. Just called them again, no one picked up and left a voicemail. We'll see how long it takes them to call us back. They may be good, they are not NAEYC credited. I don't know, but not being responsive (or at least somewhat responsive) is concerning... read more

I highly recommend sending your child to this pre school. As a first time mom I was very nervous to send my toddler who had been home the entire time . Melissa and her team did an awesome job giving us a tour and taking care of her . They sanitize everything down and wear masks They even have an app which keeps you updated throughout the day with how your child is doing from eating , playing , potty changes and pictures. Scheduled a tour twice. Finally the day comes, and I get an email reminder that says 3pm Eastern. Now, why the hell would their calendar be on eastern time? Anyway, my kids were sleeping and there was no way I could get there in 30 minutes. I called AGAIN...no answer. I decided to take the risk and drive 20 miles away to make it there at 3pm PST as that is the time I originally planned for. The lady at the desk doesn't even consider it...just we can't do it now. I said I called 8 times in the last two weeks with no response. She gave some dumb response. Not to mention I have TWINS. We'll pass on this school. From the first time we came to tour this school, the staff made us feel so welcome and part of their family! My son absolutely loved his preschool experience here! We love the fact that The Learning Experience incorporated academics amongst all the fun! My child learned so much in the short time he was there. Before The Learning Experience - Rhodes Ranch even finished construction, I was able to schedule an informational call with them and it was a wonderful conversation. They really took their time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. We made the difficult decision to keep Baby Girl in her then current daycare as to not disrupt her schedule and routine. However, that turned out to be an incorrect decision months later when an incident occurred at said daycare and we showed up the TLE's doors at 6 PM. Rachel was kind to us while we were frazzled and assisted in booking us for the next available tour. I was relieved to meet with Melissa and the TLE facility was a breath of fresh air. I was even able to meet the resident "chef" - Fran - who is a DARLING! We gave the aforementioned daycare notice and were excited for our first day at The Learning Experience. I cannot tell you enough about the night and day difference. Baby Girl is greeted with huge smiles and excitement everyday by all teachers/staff. I love the extra security to enter the building and also appreciate their COVID-19 safety precautions. There's also an app where we receive updates (e.g. diaper changes, meals) and also receive photos. It is wonderful being able to get snapshots of her day digitally. The reason that I cannot sing enough praises about TLE and the teachers is because Baby Girl learns so much that it often shocks us! Both my kids have been attending TLE experience for the past year and they truly love it here. My daughter started out in the infant classroom and absolutely loves her teachers Ms Ari & Ms Harley truly God Sent! My son was in the Preschool classroom before transitioning to Kindergarten and till today he still talks about all his lovely teachers Ms Sarah, Ms Kim etc. The Management is also amazing Ms Rachel, Ms Melissa and Ms Crystals truly God sent as well, always going above and beyond for my family! My kids have been attending TLE since Aug 2021 and they love it! My daughter asks to go to school every day and wakes up excited on school days. She has been in and out of several schools and this is the first one she's loved. And my son is always in a good mood when we pick him up. I can not say enough good things about this daycare/school. My son is in the infant class and has been enrolled full time since mid March. Because he's still in a crib, he's there 5 days but I have the freedom to drop him off anytime during the day so it helps with my flexible schedule a lot!! He is always soooo happy when I pick him up, you can tell they really care about the kiddos. I constantly get photos sent to me through the app and I can see how my son's day is progressing throughout the day. Being a first time and single mom, they staff is currently help me assist my son to wean from nursing to bottle/sippy cup. He's eating solids now and I used to pack food but lately my son loves the food prepared at school - he eats it all the time!!! I interviewed a dozen schools and ultimately chose this because Rachel and Melissa (director and GM) were amazing with the tour and the dozen of questions I had. I love that the infant classes are small so my son gets real one on one time with his teachers and other infants. I have also noticed that my son does so well socially in public places - a big fear I had since he's a pandemic baby! Needless to say, he loves engaging with other children (random strangers at the store) and is not afraid of being held by other adults other than me!!! Oh and I get artwork sent home!!! We transferred into this preschool during quarantine. The school was brand new, teachers wore masks, safety considerations was in place, and our favorite was the curriculum. Our child has been attending TLE for a few months and absolutely loves it! We mainly decided to enroll her because she needed more social interaction with other children. She had been watched at home since birth and had very little experience with the outside world due to the pandemic. But since enrolling, she has learned to be more sociable and been able to learn about subjects that she would normally not have a lot of exposure to at home. The staff is also very organized, super friendly and caring. They have helped us to regulate her feeding and nap schedules, and I love that they really take the time to ensure she is involved every activity. This is a great facility and although my kids don't go there the curriculum looks impressive. At the time of my tour, only 2 teachers in the school were vaccinated. I know it is everyone's choice if they want the vax or not, but I want me kids to be in a healthy, non-Covid threatening environment, TLE isn't it. read more

As a first time mom, I was slightly nervous about putting my daughter into a daycare little did I know that this would be the best decision for her and for our family. My daughter was growing up with her nanny and I knew it was time to start putting her in a learning daycare. Once I went and interviewed This daycare I learned that this is a learning school and it was the perfect place for my three-year-old to come to meet other kids and learn from. The programs that they offer for our Littles is so wonderful because they get to learn so Many things that us parents are so busy we don't realize we need to teach my daughter has learned about her emotions and how to express her self, as well as yoga and how to breathe while doing her yoga, she's learning how to write in trace her name, numbers, letters, They even teach them how to share and be nice to others while taking turns.
