All I can say is if you're really into skiing, you want to shop at Sport Thoma. They 100% stand behind what they sell. Doesn't matter the gear, they'll find a way to make it right. Can't speak highly enough of the manager Marc Sheehan and Luke for their conscientiousness and commitment to communication and follow through. Both Marc and Luke took the time to listen to my boot issue and understood the situation. 5 stars all day. Will absolutley start shopping there a lot more often. read more

If you ski Loon or Cannon this is the shop for you. Over the years they have expanded and now offer tuning and equipment that will enhance your performance. They have outfitted me for years and addressed my foot problems so I feel comfortable in ski boots all day. read more

Stopped in last week and bought 2 pair of skis. They were having a good sale, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn't sure about the bindings and they were great in helping me to make a decision. Great selection and service. I learned of the store when we biked the Franconia Notch. They rent bikes and provide transport to Cannon Mtn tram to ride the bike trail back to the Flume Gorge. We had our own bikes but quickly realized that a round trip trail ride was too difficult. They were happy to pick up us at the Flume and take me back to the trailhead at exit 35. Matt was very friendly and gave me good info about the area. read more

Really good gear, so you get great stuff when they have sales. Have gotten great stuff on sale Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Still using most everything 10 years later. Skip the stores on Rt 112 - no bargains there. read more

Had a great experience a few weeks ago. Went in to look at ski helmets and got excellent help from the staff. Very knowledgeable and happy to share their opinions, and certainly not pushing me towards the most expensive, although I did choose one of the pricey ones. In the market for new (or should I say new but last years model) pair of skis. Went to Sport Thoma and needless to say it was a waste of time. Inventory both for this year never mind last years models was extremely limited. In addition, the gentleman who was "helping" us had zero interest. I left quite irritated with myself for wasting MY time, gas and energy. This lack of customer service resulted in the sale of skis at another shop in Lincoln where the selection is great and varied and spending time is not an issue. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. They gave us a discount to enjoy the full day when renting bikes and shared some tips of local sites that were a must see. The younger guy (regrettably I dont remember his name) was very content on getting us on to bikes that really fit, so that we would be comfortable. Good location near the end of the trail. Would recommend renting bikes from them, to anyone. read more

These guys are macdaddys!!! Jeff totally hooked me up with a set of Nordica NRGY 100's and then when I felt they were a little to wide for me, he exchanged them for a set of 90's with no hassle. I remember him saying that they stand behind their products and he is one of the few out there who does.
