Jaden was friendly and professional! He guided us with the best deal special today for our son Leo! Total $153.04: 4 flights, video, picture package! These will be sent to your email later that day. A birthday party was already in session so we had to wait with another group. We were quite entertained by watching them for the next 30 minutes! The instructor was patient and used various hand signals to the group and person controlling the computer for IFLY! You get a minute or so of 1:1 in the clear tube to get your balance to fly and spin w the instructor. Depends on what package you pay for on flights. We bought 4! When it was Leo's turn, he did pretty good! He was cocky before getting in thinking he could do the Group 5 level, I didn't even try to out talk a 16 y/o! He was humbled by round 1! Kevin was awesome and funny! He is passionate about this and skydiving! He put everyone at ease and still kept it fun! Leo asked for 2 more flights were $30. Establishment was organized and clean as well. When you have completed the flyin experience, they take you into Another room and give you a signed certificate to take home. There is also more specials to purchase if you want future experiences but you have to buy before you leave the place. They are good at other locations in the US and I think you have 2 years to use them OR they don't expire. We well definitely go again in Atlanta! I'll keep in mind the others and see their reviews.

My dad has been wanting to do indoor skydiving for awhile so during his recent visit we decided to visit here. Our instructor was great and provided us with a safe flight and he was very witty. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this location.

We have spent some time at several different iFlys. I can't do this any more due to shoulder problems but my wife and kids love it! This location was a bit disorganized but the experience of sky diving was still the same. We had my sons bday celebration here and they had a blast! It ain't cheap!! But it is really fun.

We fly high, no lie... you know the song! We take dating seriously, and whenever we can hang out without the little ppl we do! If you're looking for something to do instead of eating and drinking all the time for a great day date, and you aren't ready to jump out a real plane, go to the iFly Indoor Skydiving. It's safe. The instructors are awesome, and they guide you the entire time. This is a great place to take the kids, but we aren't talking about children right now! Yes their is a weight capacity. I just made the cut..lol! There is seating if you aren't ready to get high or you just want to be a supportive spectator. Great for a day date. It's great if you wanna feel like a kid again after you've paid like an adult!

I spent a week in Atlanta and the one thing on my list was this place. We passed by it on a previous visit and it sparked my interest. My daughter and I came here to do the experience. I really didn't know what to expect but I wanted to float for a while and yes I did. It's not dirt cheap but it's worth the flight. I don't think I would jump out of an airplane but I figured I could handle this. It was so much fun and I am glad we did it. It was $99 pp plus any add ons that you wanted to do. We caught a special so we paid less and less is always sweet. I do recommend this as we were pleased with the espy. The guy that assisted us did a great job and was so funny. He also put on a flying show after we did our flights. We enjoyed that As well. They do supply the jumpsuit, head gear and goggles and helmet. It's definitely professional . After you finish they talk to you to see how you liked it, etc.

Had an amazing time yesterday for my gf's birthday I surprised her with a day at iFly in Atlanta. Our fly guides name Was Stephen. He was so nice attentive and supportive. We watched videos to prepare us. He taught us how to properly support Our bodies. I definitely recommend. Please do not wear any loose jewelry no hats wear your hair in a low pony tail. No sandals or crocs. They do have lockers available no cost. You cannot take your phone into the fly zone. Pictures and videos purchased are uploaded from a digital code provided upon checking in. For the best experience I would recommend 3 flights, I only did 2 due to cost. This place is amazing. Plenty of families came with their children. Also, if you have had any surgeries or shoulder injuries may want to speak to someone before booking. Thanks Stephen

Definitely an experience. I had been saying for years I wanted to do it and today I finally did. Walking in, I was directed to completing the online waiver at the iPad stand. Once completing that, I was checked in, given a armband and weighed. Then ushered into the large waiting area. Our appointment was at 3, and I believe we started the process about 330. This included putting on the jumper, watching a safety video, getting goggles and helmet. Then we waited some more. No matter how many in your party, they do groups of around 10-12. Finally, we were ushered into the enclosed area, where you went one by one for your allotted time. I was really nervous but made it through. The experience was..... interesting. Not sure I would do it again. But glad I did. Oh, and our guide was Q. He was amazing!!! Super helpful and comforting. He also did some amazing tricks after everyone had gone that was fun to watch.

Too much fun and excitement! The staff was welcoming. The price was okay. I plan to revisit.

Just finished having a great time at iFLY.

Great place to practice skydiving body positioning and for people who just want to have some fun in the tunnel.

June 2022* S U M M A R Y Bring DEEP pockets and a smile. You'll have so much fun and either your body or your bank account will feel it the next day. C H E C K I N + S E T U P I suggest you get to this location at least 15 minutes before your fly time. You will have to fill out a waiver, they have to take your weight and they have to try to upsell you. Once all that is done, you will wait for your turn and they will give you your clothes. You get a suit and a helmet. And depending on the type of helmet you get, they'll either give you glasses or you'll have a visor attached to the helmet. You get a preflight lesson where essentially your instructor shows you how to position your body while you're inside of the simulator. This is really important because if you don't position your body well you're not gonna have a fun flight as you'll be sinking to the bottom. And most people are only in there for one minute at a time so you can spend a lot of that time basically doing nothing. Just learn the hand signals and you'll be fine. F L Y I N G My suggestion is to buy the high flights. You've already spent a lot of money and you might as well spend a little more with it. Because I would've been bored out of my mind without the high flight. The original flight is just a few feet off of the ground. With that being said... THE FLIGHT WAS PHENOMENAL! I had so much fun!!! And one minute us wayyyyyy too short. The high flight is not that high. You go up to where the white part of the tunnel begins. And your instructor is holding onto you the entire time and you're 100% safe. I chose to purchase some more flights because I want to get to a level where I can go in there by myself without the instructor and fly around. That does take time and practice but I think it's worth it. A M B I E N C E Definitely cool. Kind of makes you feel like you're inside of NASA or some type of space training. It's kind of dark inside and there's a big simulator in the middle and everyone's just kind of watching whoever is inside and it was just dope. I enjoyed watching people in there. P R I C E We paid 150$ for 2 1-minute high flights, 2 photos and 2 videos. (Oh yeah and a helmet upgrade they throw in there because no one else would buy it otherwise) We went with the video and photo package just because once you're inside the tunnel you're not able to take your phone. And we all booked for the same time so none of us could record another person. I suggest you bring someone with you that can record you from the outside. TIP* After your first flight, they give you a steep discount if you want to purchase more flights that day. For example, I purchased 10 more flights for 150$. This is the same amount that I spent on just two flights and the photo package. So yeah... They definitely make most of their money upfront. R A T I N G 1 star off because I do feel like their prices are too high.

Worst Service ever…read more I had booked my Sky Diving reservation on 30-Aug-2014 over the phone. While booking the reservation, I had specifically stated that I want the reservation to be done in LA as I don't have a personal vehicle to commute. But even after my instructions, I was given a reservation at other places and that too twice. I called customer care as to inquire what was going on and they said that they don't have any spots in LA, and I could cancel my reservation if I want too. My question is shouldn't representative who was booking my reservation, cancelled it straight away as he did not see any spot at the time he was doing my reservation? Eventually I had to cancel the reservation and since then I am looking for refund of my hard earned money. Amount I have paid for Sky diving is $246.5 and for Video recording is $ 108.75. I have called customer care number, 18605814466, almost 50 times , and have spoken to various customer care representatives and also to the manager once. Each time I am given the same response that manager would get back to me, which he eventually does not except once. I understand that I had signed the waiver form for amount not being refundable but I did not expect that reservation would not be done in LA and I have to face such sort of trauma to get the amount refunded. I think what is happened here is not ethical at all and service offered by these guys did not match my expectations at all. I reinstate that I have been pursuing this for past two months now with much of patience and I guess I have to wait for ages on this as I still haven't received my refund. Opened a support ticket 4 days back but haven't received any response for that too. I would not recommend any one to go for there service.

This company is an…read more"adventure sports" broker of sorts, booking reservations for things like skydiving and balloon rides across the country. My boyfriend initially purchased a Living Social gift certificate for a balloon ride this summer in the Philadelphia area. The Living Social deal was only for one person, which wasn't entirely clear from the description, so he purchased a second ticket directly from the company. Our initial flight was scheduled for a Sunday sunrise time in late August, but had to be rescheduled due to weather. This is where it gets messy. The Living Social voucher was cancelled and refunded because, like most of these deals, it had sold out and the company was unable to keep up with demand, and had completely booked up through the expiration date. My boyfriend purchased a second ticket from the company, and went about trying to reschedule for another date for us. He went back and forth with a representative for two weeks, attempting to schedule a date, confirm, reconfirm, etc. The rep finally said she had a date, had confirmed with the pilot and all he had to do was call and confirm again the next day. No dice. Once he called again, the manager (a different person that we'd spoken to previously) said there was no record of his transaction or reservation. Inconvenient, for sure. My boyfriend went back and forth AGAIN with this manager, trying to secure a date, even though the day prior a rep said we were booked and confirmed for Saturday morning. The manager said we had the option of a Sunday evening flight, which was inconvenient for us but we wanted to go soon before it got cold. My boyfriend told the manager he would check with me and call back, at which point the manager CANCELLED the reservation without asking. There's far too much communication error at this company. Upon speaking with the pilot we would have been flying with (the broker is based in GA but uses local pilots depending on where you're located), my boyfriend learned this isn't the first time the broker has lost clients due to this difficult-to-deal-with behavior. We still have not been able to book a date and are at our wits end dealing with incompetent, rude and careless managers. To add insult to injury, the manager of the company didn't even take the time to use my boyfriend's correct first or last name during the credit card dispute statements! His name is right there! At least have respect enough for your customers to use the correct name when dealing with paperwork. How absolutely careless and rude.
