It was a completely waste of time dealing with Harry. I tried to go and see a car different days. He said at weekend would be ok, so we agreed I could go on Saturday morning. The night before, at 22:30 I received a text: "Hi Vanessa.Harry here. Contact me when you are available. I have the day off but will come to meet you to show you the car". Well it was unnecessary to text me as we had already agreed the day and time, so I understood he was off and was not really willing to do an effort, so I said we could meet up other day during the week, but he said Monday to Friday was not good. Then finally we agreed to keep with Sat. am. I don't live close and just when I was about to leave home, he texted me: 'Would we be able to arrange for a week viewing? My dog is not too well and would be easier for me". I was quite shocked with this pathetic excuse as he could have brought the dog anyway, or leave it with someone or a vet for a while and... now he can show me the car during the week???. Anyway, so I emailed him on Sunday to ask him if Monday was a good day for him and before 7 am on Monday I received a reply from Dave, informing the car had already been sold!! I explained I had talked to Harry, but he said "It was officially Harry's weekend off" (excuse me?? Maybe the Queen gave him some permission to be off!!!. On top of that, the same way that Harry texted me at 22:30 could have texted his brother to let him know!!) I told him I should have taken into consideration the poor reviews I had read about them and he replied "they are probably one of the best service providing garage you'll get in today's world" and that bad reviews are because "most people only remember to send bad reviews and forget the good ones". A bit arrogant, though. What happens with the business that have amazing reviews???. These people are so UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. I do not recommend them at all!!! read more
