I ordered a metal college logo decal for my car that was supposed to have a adhesive back to stick to my car and when I received it I went to pull the backing off the sticker and it all disintegrated. I have sent 3 emails with no reply. I did call their phone number and someone answered and they told me that they would have someone call me back and no one ever did and now I have been calling for over 3 months and no one ever answers the phone so I guess my $25 + shippingl is what it is. Why: +Ordered the item on Jan 11. +Arrived 2 months later after shop stonewalled me. + Don't need it anymore, and may not be able to get a refund. How this can be rectified: Allow me to return this item without paying the 20% restocking fee (wth even IS a restocking fee, but a scam?) Story Time: Ordered item on January 11th: On January 11th, I placed an order that cost about $50 (including shipping fees). The confirmation email reads: "Please note: On made-to-order items there may be a 14-day period for processing and production before shipment. This does not include holidays or weekends. If you're unsure about an item you have ordered please contact us." Even though what I ordered was not "made-to-order," that would put us at January 31st. Called store on February 6th: I hadn't heard anything, so I called them on February 6th. The call went nowhere. The man who answered said that the store and the shippers were separate entities, and that the only way to get an answer was to email. Emailed the store on February 6th: So, I emailed. I got no response at all. Concluded that I'd been scammed: By the middle of February, I accepted that I'd been scammed. I saw the reviews online, and they all mirrored my experience. I sought my item elsewhere and reluctantly took the plunge with another company. Received the item: On March 10th, without word from the company, the item arrived. But, the other company I bought from had already sent it. So now I have 2 of these things. Return and refund: The website says that returns carry a 20% restocking fee, and that they must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Fed ex automatically returned the shipment to the Georgia address/ sender address stating the package was damaged. Will never do business with this company. They mistakenly sent my order to another customer and sent me theirs then expected us to ship it to each other instead of doing the work themselves. The other customer did not forward my order to me so I requested the store deal with that customer and send me a replacement order. I was denied, told to wait, then hung up on. My emails and phone calls were not responded to. That was early to mid August. I still haven't heard from Sports Fanz, however after asking for a refund through my bank in mid September and my bank not receiving a response either, magically my replacement order FROM the Sports Fanz store (not the other customer which still shows never sent) arrived 56 days after I purchased it. At this point I no longer wanted the order and emailed them twice to send me a RMA form for return to no avail. I just want a refund and they can have the merchandise that just arrive 56 days late but Sports Fanz refuses to refund me and will not speak to me at all. I ordered a Christmas present and the box came on time it was perfect but when I opened it the gift was in plastic all torn up looked like it had been run over by a tow motor and the gift was torn in half. I have sent several emails trying to resolve this also I have tried calling everyday for two weeks but they do not answer there phone. This is unexceptionable and you know whoever packed the box knew the gift was messed up because like I said the box was perfect. We called on the 14th of Dec to see if an item was in stock, and should I decide to order would I receive by Christmas. The gentleman (Owner, Howard) asked which item it was and stated that it was in stock and as long as I submit order soon I would have no problem receiving it in time, even with if a 5-day ground shipping lead, we had plenty of time. I would have paid to expedite if needed. I placed the order on 14th and after several days of not receiving a shipping notification I started leaving messages on store phone as well as emails, with NO responses. On the 21st (item STILL not shipped), I finally reached the manager. He was extremely rude and stated that I would need to email my cancellation request with order number, which I had done several times. He stated he only worked on retail sector side of this business and not able to cancel orders. It's only my guess that he lied and is actually the small business owner of this store and avoiding returns and upset customers that he misled at all costs. He turned even angrier when I explained that emails were in fact sent "with order number" included - he stated he didn't have time for this then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. After our conversation I received a notification from UPS stating only a label had been created but they had NOT RECEIVED package yet, with expected arrival during week AFTER Christmas. The man mislead me, took my money and failed to ship as he stated. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with Sports Fanz, located in Hurricane WV. But I have not heard a word since and do not have my merchandise. This shady outfit doesn't even have a phone number for customer service and they don't answer my emails. OMG!!!! So i received a package from them today, Oklahoma Sooner Puzzle, which I am positive it was in the store so WV fans could use it for target practice. Upon opening the package, the receipt was in the box and had a hand written note!
