I am disappointed because, yesterday (06/22/14) I went to the store to exchange it and Cristina, one of the employees, alerted me that last Saturday (06/21/14) was the last day I was able to do that. I told her that I had no idea of that brief period of time given to the customers for that matter. She said I was supposed to have an additional ticket or info attached to my debit card receipt, but I told her that the sales person DID NOT GAVE ME ANY ADDITIONAL PAPER or receipt with the exchange information. At this point, I know now that I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this store EVER AGAIN, and that one of your employees FORGOT to give me that extra piece of information that would had allowed me to make the exchange without any problems.
