After a car accident resulting in a head injury, I self-referred to the clinic as I saw that they had a concussion specialist. I was so lucky to encounter Jesse and to have his care throughout my 6 month rehabilitation process, leading me to regain full-functioning. I hated the lazer. I hated the maze. I hated the dot on the wall. And, I hated the restrictions of basically not using my brain. BUT... I followed the rules, stayed the course, enjoyed banter with Jesse and trusted him fully. The words "thank you" will never convey my earnest appreciation for all that he and his assistant, Katie, did for me. In the past 6 months, I have run 500 miles and plan on running 500 more (sounds like there's a song lyric hiding there-- I swear I didn't mean it!) in preparation for some races I have planned in September/October. I've done my homework on running form, seen probably dozens of YouTube videos and thought I knew what I was doing as far as running was concerned. I have a tendency to start cramping on my right leg and thought to invest the money into PT to make sure I was running correctly. And boy was it worth it! Right from the get go, Jessie identified the weakness in my right foot and from the video analysis we identified the issue-- the weakness caused my right foot to compensate by over pronating while I run. Seeing my foot almost collapse from the pronation was both eye opening and humbling. Jesse set me up with a few exercises in order to correct my gait and I'm grateful to have come in-- I'd like to correct my form BEFORE I put a ton more miles on it. My calves and ankles are also grateful! If you're thinking about undertaking any athletic endeavor, getting PT is well worth it. If you have had a history of pain or injury in the past, PT will help you with form and strengthening the weak links and the energy leaks in your exercises. And ESPECIALLY if you have pain, they'll try to work with your insurance so that you won't have to pay everything out of pocket. Thanks!

They stuck with me over the course of a long recovery, always looking for ways to help me strengthen and heal. I'm much stronger and more flexible now, and almost pain-free. He customized my treatment and really listened to make sure the treatment plan addressed all my needs. I had some post-surgery complications and Cameron helped me through them like the pro he is. He has a confident presence and still maintains compassion. I drive from Gresham OR because I won't trust anyone else with my physical therapy needs. I highly recommend Cameron and Jason. We both were greeted promptly and were treated great. Both of our massage therapists where very knowledgeable and thorough. They checked up on us durning the whole visit and conformed to everything we asked. Our visit was only for massages but while in the waiting room we where greeted by one of the chiropractors and he was so personable and nice to his patients. We both ended up giving our insurance to the front desk to schedule appointments with their chiropractor as well. Avoid at all costs. Billing nightmare. Had to have insurance follow up with them several times over…read morethe years for overcharging both myself and the insurance. Their billing practices are extremely poor. I am a family member of a firefighter from a local district, who had a straightforward billing agreement set up with MCC. However, we'd still receive past due bills on treatments already paid for, or in the incorrect amount, sometimes many months after treatment. It got so bad that I requested the absolute last bill they had on record for me, so I could pay out of pocket quickly and close my account. And now over a year after last correspondence, I have received a collections notice for a bill MCC billing says they sent me notices about, but I have not seen any such notices. They may have sent them to the wrong address, as this collections notice had my incorrect info on it. At this point, it's feeling like harassment. If they can't even take care of their local fire families, they likely won't take care of you either.

Ryan helped me tremendously, and gave me an incredibly useful exercise plan to help with not only my stiff neck, but also some back and core strength too. After a month of sticking to that exercise routine, I felt much stronger, particularly just going up and down stairs more easily! Love that the exercise plan comes with a website with videos, so for someone like me with poor short-term memory, having a reference to fall back to was incredibly valuable!

I am posting a pic of my release letter just to show the exact wording used by my own PT Marge. But first I wanna say i built up some strength but at a cost the last few weeks I think we increased the weight too much, I did hurt something in my left hand it's been that way after the first noticeable weight increase. Also a new shoulder injury with pain during rotation. Still exists now. My main concern was the letter and what she said. Since I'm on a workers comp claim, I was injured at work. All my appointment are mandatory obviously and so is any PT, or any other hoop they ask you to do. Which I gladly do. But what she said clearly puts my entire livelihood at risk since I'm the major breadwinner at my home.. this lady Marge, Clearly stating that I had "4" NO SHOWS. In the next sentence she says that I had rescheduled that same day. I did give her notice and even rescheduled for later in the same day.. 2 were cause of doc visits at the same time so I rescheduled my PT obviously.. and the supposed "4th" no show I was there.. and the front door was locked... during business hrs.. so I'm not even sure why she wrote that and I was not going to go back and ask just to have a conflict.. and clearly writes that I purchased a kayak and have gone kayaking several times.... are you fucking kidding me..... I hope some upper management can see and review this.. if you look at the address you can see this is the new Gladstone location. While I was there for over 3 months I only seen 3 other people.. and on a side note every time I came to my appointment the doors were always locked. Even midday, It's no wonder I only seen 3 other people.
