I wasn't using the wagon that day although it was in the car. Someone took out the bottom panel and I never saw it again. I wrote to the company, explained what happened and that I would pay for the replacement panel. Nope! They sent it free of charge. I always look at how companies deal with problems, not how good the initial purchase might have been. The customer service was outstanding from first email to last and I could not be more happy.
