Most of the items (70-80%)in Pre Christmas and post Christmas flyers flyer that I was interested in were either not is stock and had to be order in or in store only but not available in Pueblo. I was very excited to hear that Sportsman Warehouse was opening a store in Pueblo and we would finally have a quality sporting good store with a great selection of goods. My first trip to store pissed me off the store was the quarter the size of the COS store and the items I was looking for were not in stock. As far as I am concern this store is a slap in the face to all the sportsman in Pueblo and southern CO. As far as I am concerned they should close store. read more

3-stars for service. Great prices on almost everything compared to Dick's, and even had great beef jerky. But while shopping I felt all eyes were on me. Being originally from Afghanistan (yet having spent my entire life in the US), and rocking the beard I understand some people's apprehension. However, here it was too obvious even for my comfort. To be fair there was one older gentleman who kindly asked me if I needed assistance with anything while looking at shoes. Aside from that though, I felt like I was in Europe, a place where they don't have the concept of customer service and in fact act as if they are doing you a favor as you shop in their stores. My white and black friends have confirmed this so it can't be just towrads middle eastern men. As an example, while waiting in line at the checkout (at the customer service area because no registers were open), the lady greeted everyone in front of me.....except me. When I walked up to the register with a cart full of camping gear I didn't even recieve a hello. She just looked at me. I tried to joke and she smiled, but still she made no friendly conversation like she did before me. As I was putting my gear back into the cart, the guy behind me walked up to buy something and was welcomed with a, "Hi there! Find everything you need?" Yea long story short, great and fun store. Was not happy with there customer service.. and not happy with there store.. for Father's Day my gf took me there to get a fishing rod a abu Garcia rod.. the second time I used the rod if snapped on the top half of the rod.. took it back to see if I cant exchange it because I figure it was made wrong. So wasn't to upset but when I got there the lady at the desk was rude saying "well i don't know if you broke it on purpose" I asked to talk to a manager because she was of no help and she said there wasn't one in the store and guess I have to figure it out on my own... Sportsman's Warehouse - Hunting & Fishing Supplies Near Me - Pueblo, Colorado

Self-Righteous gun counter run by the type of guys who would "roll-coal" in their lifted diesel pickups. Unfortunately whoever sets the rules there has the entire store on their side even though the choose to use the 2nd amendment as their opportunity to get some type of hall monitor power trip going. Dishonest, rude, small people living small lives. Take the time to find a Scheels location or put the time in to get a Bass Pro or Cabelas to track down what you're looking for. They openly sold a hand cannon to a man who didn't know if he was a citizen of the United States or not but gave me a hard time because I didn't bring my fishing license after I had passed a federal background check that they personally ran. Lies, condescending attitude and genuinely disrespectful to law abiding state residents. Be prepared to jump through hoops in the firearms department and be talked down to citing their extensive knowledge of the Federal ATF laws(sarcastic eye roll). If anyone like the big boys shows up on this town, these goobers will be out of business in a month. Poorly run, stocked, and zero customer service. I've been to K-Marts and Big Lots stores that are more together and stocked than this place. read more

I have always gotten help and great service when I went there. I've been going there since they opened and they've had great supply of higher quality outdoor products. Their prices match tacklewarehouse on every product I've looked at and purchased so far in the fishing department (3 reels and two rods). I've made the hour long trip to other outdoor stores during the covid time frame and did not see a difference in supply at any of the other locations, besides maybe other stores having "house brand" products, but their selections of imported supplies match every other store I've gone to as of late. I've purchased fishing, firearms and supplies, hunting, kayaking and camping supplies from there on multiple different occasions and have never had a problem with any staff. I'm glad to have an outdoorsman store closer than an hour or two away so support your local store before we all have to travel an hour plus to get quality gear again. read more

I was in there to look at hand guns . Ready to purchase one . I'm just a regular old guy . I too felt like a suspect as the employees watch my every move . They expressed no friendly behavior so I assume they have had to deal with thieves. I don't care how they feel I just want shop for an item . Many stores in Pueblo have the same attitude towards me as a customer. Again I'm there to make a purchase not friends . They did not have the gun I was looking for.
