When they finally showed up to install the carpet three weeks after they promised to, there was only one installer. There were some spots up against the walls where we felt the carpeting was not pulled tight enough and transition pieces were not put in. When we refused to make the final payment until the job was sone correctly, the installer flew into a rage. Take our advice and go to a well reviewed, reputable company. It's worth paying a little more for better installation and better customer service.

Flooring was not installed per mfgs instructions. (Minimum 8") between joints, I have many under that. Smallest being 3/4". They damaged corner of cabinet, cut flooring too short and filled their under cuts with putty and silicone! Salesman Mike (son inlaw) to owner would not come out and the owner Phil would not come out either. Even after I sent them numerous pictures of the horrible job! Doors are hitting the floor not opening all the way. Baseboard and transition pieces falling off. Drywall damaged. Pictures tell the truth. I submitted paper work to attorney General and they forwarded it on to owner who lied to them about several things. Do not trust these smooth talkers. They just called me one Friday and said they were done! Not coming back to finish job. Never would I suggest anyone use this company. Not trustworthy. They just want your money and do not check on the job to see their work!

They were polite, knowledgeable, and fast, even during the pandemic! Pat was great at explaining things as was Kyle! They will be my go to for flooring and I highly recommend them. Their prices are much lower than Lowes and Home Depot and they have a much bigger selection, also. Love this place!
