This is a great coffee shop in the village. The staff and baristas are so friendly and willing to work with me and my little kids. I order a small hot chocolate and they will split it between two cups and they will make it "not that hot" so my little kids don't have to wait to drink it. I ordered a Mike's sandwich with bacon on and everything bagel and it was delicious! I was there today, a Wednesday morning, and this place was to the brim with community but also not over crowded. There were kids being homeschooled, men at a business meeting, a group of women getting together, others working alone on a computer, it felt really nice just to be there. There are different games and books, then other little decorations and things for sale. I just wish they were open later into the evening... I went here to sing for my voice studio and the worker was so welcoming and kind! She recommended the pesto sandwich and when I told her I was trying to avoid bread she put it on a wrap for me no problem! With a side salad. She said the dressing was amazing. She was totally right! I loved everything about what I got! I also got an iced coffee with caramel and added my own cream and sugar and it was great. It's spacious in there as well and very cute. Love this place. Its my favorite spot location! Plenty of seating, both tables and couches. The music is perfect volume so you can talk or get work done. Very busy place so if you are grabbing coffee before work you might wanna give yourself an extra 5 min to get your coffee. Lots of breakfast and lunch food options. My favorite is the Mike's sandwich. Its soooo good and filling! I love that they have so many different flavor shots too for the coffee. Pistachio and maple spice are my two favorites. I went to spot coffee after a hike, and wanted a nice warm hot chocolate and lava cake. The service was just fine, and the ambiance right on point. The hot chocolate was amazing. I love stopping at Spot for some breakfast or lunch when I'm in the village. I stopped in today after a tour with Explore Buffalo of the city of Hamburg. Clean, friendly environment. I love taking my kids for breakfast at Spot. It's become "our" place. My son says they have the best, biggest chocolate milk he's ever seen! Get the Mike breakfast sandwich. It's the best breakfast Sammy I have EVER had. I get it on 8 grain bagel with bacon. OMG. It's so good. The eggs are cooked to perfection as well as the bacon. Recently I have only been getting the southwest wrap is it is amazing! The corn and black bean salsa with the smashed avacado makes this burrito. Add bacon for some more flavor! Let me premise this by saying- I'm not a coffee person. I love the smell, but hate the taste. So I love the fact that Spot has tea smoothies. I think I've had every flavor and they're pretty tasty. Spot Coffee is always a fun experience. My daughter had the day off school so we went for breakfast. The menu is on boards which I struggled to see from where you have to order. The workers were super friendly and so helpful. My daughter ordered and enormous cinnamon roll. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. My daughter loved her cinnamon roll. It made her very thirsty so we were grateful for the complimentary water station. When I opened my bagel I was surprised to see actual, real veggies in the cream cheese. My daughter squealed in delight and promptly asked if she could please have some of my bagel since it looked so good. She loved it too. The Spot environment is fun, laid back and diverse. Their were groups of people of all ages. Friends. Families and individuals. A great mix for a Friday morning. We will for sure be returning. read more

I love SPoT! I prefer it any day over Starbucks and a close battle with Tim Hortons on coffee alone. The food is all really great too. I mostly stick to bagels because the prices are painful. Seriously one of my favorite places to chill and enjoy my morning coffee. I also love the Cinco shakes, and I would visit so much more often if the prices werent so high. Just below Starbucks and way more then Timmys but one thing I will not be complaining about is quality, freshness, decor, atmosphere and flavors. All on point and balancing on that 5th star but I just cant do it. Maybe they could put some kind of rewards program in place for regular customers? A punch card or points system? I dont know, but SPoT you could almost be my home away from home. You just hurt me where it really matters. My wallet! Cute little place. When arriving, the door situation and GPS directions were a little confusing because it is right next to a roundabout but eventually I made my way in. I was there pretty late (8:30 pm) and they closed at 9:00 pm. The baked good selection left something to be desired. I didn't see anything good so I just stuck with a coffee. I'm assuming that was because of the time. What a beautiful spot, this SPOT! In the quaint downtown of Hamburg I found this gem, espresso, sandwiches and sweets, like Danish and cake! And WHAT kind of coffee, hands down seriously creamy and smooth espresso that has just an exquisite taste. I also had a crunchy toasted bagel with salmon and cream cheese. The high ceilings invite you to stay and hang out, free wifi is available. There is quite an impressive pizza oven I wish I could have tried one but it was breakfast time. I love spot coffee! We moved into the area about a year and a half and I discovered spot. I was a Starbucks girl. While starbucks still has drinks that I still love Spot has stole my heart. I love the feeling of community at Spot. The owners children are often at the counter with a smile . They got macaroons from NYC and they are so good . In fact the best I've ever had! I love the London fog . I have them steam an equal into the foam. The food is also good. Besides a huge bakery case with scrumptious treats they have a very good menu. I love the Fungi pizza . It has a bit of truffle oil that turns it into something special. I will continue to eat there and update all the goodies I try. read more

I've been a fan of Spot coffee for years but was so excited when a location opened in Hamburg in a historic building in the village. The owner has done a great job with the space.. it's bright, spacious and welcoming. It's also another place to grab some food in the village and with few restaurants knowledgeable and offering a few options for vegan and gluten free eaters, spot's options are a welcome addition to the scene! The hummus wrap can be made on a gluten free wrap. I also enjoy the Mediterranean Quinoa salad without cheese. read more

This was my first time at Spot Coffee in Hamburg. Spot coffee is OK. It's better than the bitter stuff you get at Starbucks, but also not the best that I have had. They have several food options to select from, but limited gluten free offerings. The interior is cozy with ample seating.
